Came here for a drug test for a job. Everyone was nice and helpful. Link to get in line took a second to send to my phone but wait was a good 30 min. Luckily got in there early morning right before a group of people came in. Would recommend! First time doing a drug test and it was a smooth process.

I had a really frustrating experience at this drug testing facility. When I arrived, I was the fourth person in the building, and the three people ahead of me were all quickly called in. Naturally, I expected the process to move along just as efficiently. However, that wasn’t the case. A steady stream of people came in after me, and one by one, they were all seen before me despite having just arrived. Meanwhile, I had been waiting over an hour. I spoke up twice to ask what was going on and was told there was a “system,” but it clearly wasn’t working. There’s no way a system should allow someone to wait 90 minutes while others who’ve been there less than 15 minutes are taken first. Eventually, the same staff member I spoke to looked into the issue and realized they had the wrong phone number on file for me, which meant I never received the link required to proceed. The problem is, no one ever asked for my number in the first place so I have no idea where that incorrect information came from. This situation could have been resolved much earlier with better organization and awareness. It was obvious I had been waiting far longer than others, especially since the facility wasn’t busy when I first arrived. Even after raising the issue twice, nothing was done until much later. While I do appreciate that several staff members apologized, it doesn’t change the fact that I lost an hour and a half during a workday. That’s time many people simply can’t afford to waste. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend this location.

Professional and prompt service! As usual if you are a walk-in; it's best to come in as early as possible! They told me my process would take about 30 minutes and they were true to their word! Peppermints at the counter if you need to freshen up a bit.

Great service from a staff who cares - from the moment I entered the door. I was greeted by the office manager who greeted me and checked me in. Tyrell the RT was very kind and professional and Dr. Keizer was amazing! She is very thorough and made sure I had everything I needed. She goes above and beyond to take care of her patients. Concentra patients are lucky to have this team in midtown Atlanta!

I had an appointment at another Concentra site but in order to complete my drug screening in time I had to go to the Atlanta site. The employees there helped me right away and I was able to get the screening done within 20 minutes. Very professional and helpful staff and I appreciate how they helped me.
