Grady Urgent Care and Hospital has the best nurse and doctor teams. I've never been to Emory hospital but I know Grady has an outstanding fast paced, structured, and hospitality that's unmatched! The patients levels are Always high but the workers patience levels are Always managed. We appreciate staff and the care that you provide even to those who can't afford insurance you welcome with open arms and great hearts! 💛💛💛💛

Literally one person in the lobby and it’s 6:57 mph and they are saying they are closed I’ve been here in the evening and this is not the first time I’ve seen them do something like this with 4 people in the whole clinic I’ve seen them lock the doors a little after seven it’s sad they don’t ever wanna do their job here .. def recommend piedmont over Grady’s any day customer service beater and they treat your emergencies as urgent

I have had multiple visits in 2025, and my overall experience has been very good. The doctors, nurses, and staff are very caring. Depending on the number of patients in the queue, the wait times can be a bit longer - but the wait is worth it. Test results come back in reasonable time.

I saw 3 people back to back. Didn't even have time to use the restroom before I was called. Amazing service! Wow! Got x-ray, vitals checked, blood drawn all within 30 minutes.

The people here at the Grady walk-in clinic are very nice people. And the time waiting here is waaay less than in the emergency room. The phones don't work so don't bother calling. Also don't let them give you that flu shot you don't know what's in it. Remember this is a county facility Which receives government funding.
