I am a doc who has met many others. Dr Nic and his staff are exceptional. They are caring and educated. His use of AI to predict future problems is exceptional. I highly recommend this practice

I go here for Urgent Care service because everyone is GREAT and my regular doc never has any immediate openings. Let’s face it - who wants to wait four days to see your doctor if you have strep throat/the flu/pneumonia?! Also, the environment and atmosphere is warm and inviting, unlike other “big box” Urgent Care facilities around town. They always have great music playing in the waiting room too. All the doctors are super helpful and knowledgeable and attentive. I didn’t have health insurance for a while and I could not get rid of my pneumonia. Luckily, after the initial visit which was around $120/$130 out of pocket, any subsequent visits for the same condition (provided you come back within a week or so of your initial visit) then those visits are only $30/$40 or so. That’s awesome - I’ve paid the same price for each subsequent visit at Minute Clinic or other similar establishments. I can’t recall exact pricing or conditions, but the numbers are pretty close. Love this place and I recommend it to everyone!!

Can't say enough good things about Dr. Nick and the entire staff at Highland Urgent Care and Family Medicine. Dr. Nick has been my primary care physician for over a decade. I always feel he and the staff go above and beyond with my best interests in mind. Awesome response time to tests and concerns.

Awesome! Great doctor. I found I could not afford to hire him as a concierge doctor at this time, so I go to another doctor now. But if he ever practices in his walk in clinic again. I would love to see him. He does however have a wonderful doctor in his clinic, Highland Urgent Care, named Amy. I highly recommend her as well. The office is always clean, the waiting room pleasant, and very efficient. You will not be disappointed.Tell him I said hello.

I have been going to Highland Urgent Care for a while now and I have to say Dr. Amy Hatfield is AMAZING! I love her! She has great bedside manor, really listens and takes her time to find out what is wrong. It feels like you are talking to a friend. That's how comfortable she makes you feel. She always loads me up with a bunch of prescriptions to knock out what ever funky sinus or upper respiratory thing I have going on at the moment. I got there early and was in and out pretty quickly. Painless!
