New to me urgent care, closeby and I was able to make appt. online for a short as 10 min. out. I got in right away. Did not make me reverify anything I did online, and found my insurance card and updated system without me asking. Super friendly staff and easy parking. To get into an urgent care around ATL this quick is unheard of. I'll be using them from now on.

Our experience was great. We made an appointment online and were seen very promptly. The staff were very pleasant and kind. We were here from out of state and very pleased with our first Piedmont experience.

Unfortunately, I had to go to Piedmont Urgent Care, (Hank Aaron/Summerhill) on Thursday. My Ears were clogged, not sure if it was Sinus related or what. So, I explained by the time I was called back by the Nurse, who along with checkin person were EXTREMELY professional, and treated me with the BEST CUSTOMER CARE👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾. The whole staff was GREAT, even I didn't want to go, I came there barely able to hear. I left THANK GOD with my hearing back🙌🏾. This Staff and Dr. Davis the attending physician are 100% some the BEST. Blessings and Peace to you guys for a great 2026! Thank you for giving great Customer Service/Care!!!

My initial wait in the waiting room was normal, i arrived early for my appointment and was taken back right around appointment time. I waited on the doctor in the room after giving my sample for 45 mins which is not something i stress about because i know it's a medical setting and sometimes things happen. what prompted the review at all was the doctor being in my room for no more than 2 minutes, being very weird and kinda seeming to not care. i did get prescribed medication that i needed but i felt very rushed and brushed off. i understand that there's other people to help and you have a schedule but making me feel like you don't care about my issue, prescribing meds without telling me what it's used for, and just overall being dismissive makes me feel small and unimportant

The staff was personable. The service was prompt & efficient. It was obvious that there was a high level of competence at this facility, from the front desk to the back of the office. This is not my first trip to this facility, but both trips have left me very impressed Steve Johnson
