The staff were amazing. Everyone was so knowledgeable and friendly. The doctor addressed all my concerns and was able to answer all my additional questions and concerns. Everybody from the front desk back to the nurses and doctors were top notch! They got me in and out with no long wait times. I highly recommend this location! Thank y’all again!

Everyone was pleasant from the front desk to the PA Tyler who spoke with me regarding my concern. I had an appointment and with that I didn’t have to wait long. I was seen in a timely manner. Lastly, I was given a referral for a primary care physician and was able to secure an appointment for the very next day. Great service!!

I went for an emergency vist and as told if I was not diagnosed I would get a refund. After dealing with young lady at the front desk she was very unprofessional and seemed like she doesn't like her job. They took forever to call me to the back after prior signing up and line. I as charged $210 before you would take me to the back. I was if you all can help and have to go the emergency room. I would get a refund. When I got the back I stated I probably have strep throat to help evaluate me. They ran a test and told me I didnt have strep throat and I need to go to and emergency room for futher help. I asked can I get my refund because you did nothing and misdiagnosed me. I do have strep throat and paper wotk from Grady to prove this..... who do I need to contact about getting ny money back??????

I had a very positive experience at Piedmont Urgent Care on Ponce de Leon. I scheduled my appointment online the night before and was able to secure a morning time the very next day, which was incredibly convenient. The front desk staff were welcoming, professional, and efficient. The process from check-in to being seen felt organized and respectful of my time. Nurse Cherice was absolutely awesome. She was attentive, thorough, and made me feel comfortable right away. She listened carefully and approached everything with both competence and warmth. The Physician Assistant provided a thorough exam and took the time to explain what was going on in a clear and understandable way. I was able to get X-rays done right on site, which made the visit seamless. I appreciated the collaborative approach to discussing the treatment plan and next steps. Overall, the care felt comprehensive, professional, and patient-centered. I would definitely return if needed and would recommend this location to others.

Outstanding experience at Piedmont Urgent Care in Atlanta. This was hands down the best urgent care visit we have had in a long time. The entire process was swift, polite, and highly professional. We were seen quickly, received testing, diagnosis, prognosis, and clear discharge instructions, and were in and out within about thirty minutes. Every staff member we interacted with was kind, efficient, and straight to the point while still being compassionate. They accept insurance and also offer self-pay options, which is a big plus. Truly a lovely place with an amazing team. Highly recommend this location to anyone needing prompt, quality care.
