My experience at Piedmont Urgent Care in Peachtree City was excellent. I came in for a drug test and was feeling a bit nervous about the process, but the staff made the entire visit smooth and comfortable. A special thank you to Angela, who was incredibly professional, friendly, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. She did a great job explaining everything and helping ease my nerves. What really stood out was her positive attitude and sense of humor—she had me laughing and made what could have been a stressful situation much more relaxed and enjoyable. The facility was clean, organized, and the overall process was efficient. If you’re looking for an urgent care center with caring staff and outstanding customer service, I would definitely recommend Piedmont Urgent Care in Peachtree City.

Was able to schedule visit time and get paperwork completed online before visit. Wait time was reasonable - less than 10 minutes from scheduled time. Nurse and PA both personable and thorough. Facility is clean and bright. And they have early Sunday morning hours.

This place is my go to when I have persistent symptoms that won't go away or any urgent issue I need looked at. Great service and you get in without an issue. It is a "get out what you put in" ordeal. These are not your PCPs. They don't know you deeply. Tell them everything they need to know and be detailed and they'll take good care of you. Will go every time I need this type of care.

5 Star Service! Deidra was extremely helpful, patient, and sweet. My insurance was having issues clearing and she was super patient with me getting it all handled and I can’t express how grateful I am that she didn’t send me away before getting it resolved. Doctor & tech listened to my ailments and made me feel very heard and prescribed what I hope will heal my pinched nerve. Location is impeccably clean, tidy, and bright. Customer/patient service is 10/10 and I would recommend this location to anyone I know. Thank you again Deidra! 💛

I had a mixed emotion experience. The young lady at the front desk was exceptional. The PA provider was great and friendly. The person who took my vitals was also great. My only issue was that I was prescribed to take an antibiotic injection in office to treat an infection I had by the provider. I asked for other options, but the fastest remedy was to have the injection done. No problem, I agreed to do it. So here is where my issue stems from, The medical assistant (not the provider) that administered the injection, said something that was very insensitive to me. I have had some deep trauma that has stemmed from several traumatic experiences as a child from getting mandatory mandated vaccines/injections in school growing up in Trinidad and Tobago. Usually whenever I get an injection or have blood taken, I just need about 10 seconds to calm my anxiousness down, and take a couple deep breaths and it is over within seconds. My issue is the anticipation leading up to the injection. I saw the needle internal panic filled my body. The medical assistant seemed annoyed and very rushed, that I was just having a small moment where I just needed 10 seconds to relax. The injection was administered and over in seconds. Great! When she was finished, I apologized for my anxiety leading up and I proceeded to explain some of my childhood trauma that stemmed from growing up in Trinidad. Her response was to quickly cut me off and she said “But you’re in America now. This is America.” It was very insensitive and unprofessional to say. I was quite taken back by her response as both being women of color. Not nice at all. I just think maybe a little more bedside manner training and the understanding and history of other cultures and traumatic experiences should be implemented in the training to staff members and medical professionals at this office.
