I received a Patient Care summary for my son via email about a “visit.” I called the office because he has not been there in a while. I was told that the insurance asked them to a phone visit and that although it wasn’t a visit they had to send a record. I wasn’t billed, but this is logged like a true in office visit, listing his medications, last labs, assessment plan, procedures, allergies, reason for the visit, etc. This is fraudulent. I called and spoke to the office manager twice and asked that the owner reach out to me. It has been a month and I’ve received nothing. I will be filing a report with our insurance. I advise anyone to not go there because who know how often they do this.

Wasn't feeling well so I decided to go to the urgent care on Canal only for them to not take my insurance so I asked around and was recommended to Urgent Care Eleven. I arrived and was greeted warmly. Even though I was a walk in I was seen within 15 minutes. Once I told the nurse my symptoms she swab me for the flu and strep. I tested positive for strep. The doctor came in and did her examine. She was gentle and professional at the same time. I appreciate the lady's that took great care of me.

My visit was Awesome! Of course my reason for going was the fact that I felt really awful. I was made to feel comfortable from the time I arrived. The pleasant attitudes were very appreciated. The facility is so clean, there was a technical problem with the X-ray machine that was solved before I left. The Service was superb. I would definitely recommend this clinic. Thanks

Once again I’m extremely satisfied with the service I received at Urgent 11. The staff is totally professional, personable and efficient, haven't had a bad experience yet. I arrived at 1:25 for a 1:30 appointment and was on my way before 2:00, on the road to recovery. Already feeling better a few hours later. I also love your simple online appointment form. I've already recommended you to two friends since yesterday; one came in this morning and was very happy with the care she received. Thank you so much, keep doing what you do best!

All the staff members were amazing. I did not have to wait in the waiting area long to be seen. The doctor was able to not only identify the problems but also provided explanation of causes as well as provided an excellent treatment plan which I noticed a huge difference that same day. I also loved the fact that a live person calls the next day after your visit to check on you. Excellent customer care!
