I have visited this office twice, and both times the service was excellent. During my first visit, I had to wait to be seen, but on my second visit, I was the only patient in the waiting room and was admitted within minutes. The receptionists, nurses, and doctors were all gentle and attentive. It's great that they can send prescriptions directly to the CVS next door.

I brought my mom to see Dr. Douglas Mehaffie, and we had a great experience. He was very patient and took the time to listen carefully to all of her concerns without rushing. He explained everything in a clear and simple way, which made my mom feel comfortable and understood. That meant a lot to us. You can tell he truly cares about his patients and wants to provide the best care possible. The staff was also friendly and helpful. Overall, we felt respected and well taken care of. I would definitely recommend him, especially for families who want a doctor that listens and shows compassion.

Been here 2-3 times for different reasons. The staff made my visits a breeze… especially with Being new to this area. First off they are thorough, competent, professional & supportive staff from front to back. They’ll actually follow up too, which made me feel extremely confident about choosing this place! I would recommend ‘the urgent care’ to anyone needing quick, reliable medical care.

My first time at the clinic and I was so very pleasantly surprised by how friendly and courteous every single person was right from the registration counter. I left feeling really good about my check up. I give them a 10 out of 10. They certainly do their best to alleviate anxiety and that should be the aim of every medical practice.

Dr Addy was awesome, so helpful and kind. The girl at the front desk was so sweet, and the nurse was also so good and patient. Never have I ever had a better experience at any other clinic in New Orleans. Will be going there every time now. Also very affordable.
