Staff was amazing and very attentive. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is due to them being under staffed. Otherwise very great experience!

The staff started off friendly then as the hours went by I realized I was there for 3 hours waiting to get my physical. I literally sat in the doctor's waiting room for over an hour. I've never been to a place that takes 3 to 4 hours to do a drug test and physical. This is very unprofessional. I don't want to ever come here again. I had to reschedule my other appointments because I had to wait so long to wrap up my business at this place. Smh.

Great service from front desk to medical assistant to doctor. It was a very pleasant experience. It was quick and efficient!

My experience, what concentra was that of pleasantry.kind people,caring professional., respectful of my time. And the louisiana accent was a pleasant experience beautiful people people. 10 out of 10

I only sat in the lobby only 10 minutes. This is the quickest service I've ever had and the workers were very kind they even said good morning. It was very clean as well I noticed everything. Got a good group working there I'll give them an A+ this was some of the best service I've reviewed in a very long time. Keep up the Awesome job💯♥️
