Overall satisfactory visit. I would give 3.5 stars if I could. It was better than a 3 but not quite a 4, so I rounded up. The NP was knowledgeable and got me a prescription that I think will work for me. However, he could have been more patient with answering my questions instead of trying to move on quickly to the next patient. I was aware that they were very busy, but in my opinion good care requires unhurriedly answering patients' reasonable questions. This is part of what makes people feel cared for.

My daughter and I had a great experience here today. I called ahead to make sure the X-ray tech was in (after 2 other places in town did not have theirs in), and I’m so thankful she was. The check in process was smooth and quick, and we hardly had any wait time (I know that might not always be the case depending on the day). The receptionist, nurse and doctor were all very nice, and we would definitely come here again!

As always- Mr.Martinez was so pleasant and helpful even though I did accidentally get there right before they closed. Got the diagnosis needed for my little man and got the antibiotics needed for him to get better. Very convenient, lovely staff, amazing provider. We will be back!

The facility is clean, beautiful & calm. Medical receptionist was efficient and friendly. The nurse, Paula immediately called me back to examination room for vitals and clinical questions. Nurse practitioner was professional, respectful & thorough.

I visited this urgent care on 6/22 and was denied care because staff stated they were unable to verify my insurance. This was frustrating because I have used the same insurance multiple times at In & Out Urgent Care on Labarre Road without any issues. The front desk employee even requested my Social Security number in an attempt to locate my insurance information, but they still claimed they could not find it. When I offered to pay out of pocket so I could still be seen, the doctor appeared uninterested in helping me and gave me the impression that they wanted me to leave. Since the clinic was closing in about an hour, it felt like they were looking for a reason not to see me. Overall, the experience was very disappointing. The lack of effort to find a solution and the poor customer service left me feeling dismissed and uncared for.
