Welcomed when I walked in the door fast checkin and no wait time. Nurse and Doctor were very patient and concerned care and attention of visit was great. All symptoms addressed and solved in a fast courteous respectful manner. Checkin desk was so nice and helpful and from checkin to discharge exit was great. Thank you all for for helping me I walked out feeling so much better and cared for .

I called before I went and spoke with Cynara, she was awesome. She was awesome when I arrived with a broken right index finger. The Dr “provider” did not introduce herself at all with her name, I really didn’t even know it until I was reading the report to my husband. She looked like she was in her pajamas. Her name was Ariel Dias. The Xray tech, Cheyenne Jordan, was not warm and fuzzy but very direct, yes your finger is broken just where you thought it was, points for being direct. It was fast, they did email me my X-rays but I had to call CYNARA to figure out how to access them…… HUGE SHOUTOUT TO THE FRONT DESK CYNARA .. she is the reason this review is a four and not a 2 … peace and love always and forever Brooke Baker

I was seen by a capable person. She is concerned that my symptoms were still there!!! Since I had X-rays last month. Suggested I see my internist this week My low oxygen level in beginning of testing did improve by end of visit. Also mentioned concern about my severe coughing. Thought she was thorough. Gave 4 prescriptions!! Thank you!!

Great staff, very friendly. Christina was very kind, attentive, and thorough. Anastasia was also very kind. Not sure the name of the person at the front desk, but they were wonderful too!

Scheduled appointment night before still had to wait over 30 minutes before being called back and another 30 minutes once back there. While the doctor and nurse were nice, the front desk person left much to be desired. I was overcharged for the visit because their system was down, and they couldn’t verify my insurance benefits when I usually only pay a co-pay was told I had to pay full amount because of deductible. My deductible however, has already been reached, but they couldn’t verify because again their system was down. Their problem then became my problem. I’m sure it will take weeks if not months to get a refund. I was not happy. I asked if I could be billed for the remaining amount and was told that I had to pay it in full in order for my three-year-old son to be seen. It was a Sunday he was sick and I did not want to bring him to the ER for what I suspected to be an ear infection. Overall, I was very disappointed with how things were handled. Not sure I will visit this location again.
