Ryann 3 months agoI had a really great experience with this urgent care facility. The front desk and support medical staff were great. It was a seamless process. I was in and out. Dr.Paul was great. She took her time to explain everything, listened to me , and answered all of my questions. She provided high value care. She is truly the epitome of a great provider. If I ever need urgent care assistance again I will come back.
Honey Shepherd 6 months agoThe front desk staff and nurses were very nice and considerate. After testing positive for the flu I asked 2 separate nurses for a strep test because I am highly prone and the doctor told them both no. I was then told to leave and when I asked the doctor directly 2 times he told me “i didn’t need one” and walked out of the room. It was not until I got my mother on the phone that he said “if you really want me to take a test i can”. He then very frustratedly sent me back to my room. I understand that there were other patients to get to but to refuse a simple test that takes 2 minutes seems a bit neglectful especially when I also have symptoms of strep and am well versed in what it feels like.
eva kravetz 2 months agoIf I could give this location zero stars I would. I was met with utter disrespect and the most rude demeanor from the woman working at the front desk. Incredibly dismissive and cruel and I will most certainly not be back. The last thing a sick patient needs is disrespect!
Tristen Sanders 6 months agoHello, I am writing to formally express my concern regarding the conduct and care I experienced during my recent visit to your urgent care facility I presented for evaluation due to concerning symptoms and shared sensitive medical information privately with a nurse. After the nurse left the room, I overheard staff members in the lobby area discussing my medical information aloud, accompanied by laughing and casual conversation, within earshot of other patients. This behavior was unprofessional and made me extremely uncomfortable. As a result, I did not feel comfortable continuing to receive care from staff who were openly discussing and reacting to my medical information. Due to this discomfort, I chose to leave the facility. After I exited, the nurse approached me and asked if I would be returning to the exam room. I politely declined and informed her that I would be seeking medical care elsewhere. Patients should be able to trust that their personal health information will be handled with discretion, respect, and professionalism at all times. This experience fell well below that standard. I hope this matter is taken seriously and addressed appropriately to prevent similar experiences for other patients.
Laura Rutledge 5 months agoDr. Paul was very nice. However, I was told I could expect to hear results back from my swab (taken Thursday evening) likely by Saturday since I have an existing autoimmune disease that can make things like an common cold much more serious I called a few times to check in and was told the results were not in yet and I’d be called asap. I called Sunday afternoon and pressed since I still felt quite sick and had expected lab results. After being told they “have a lot to sick patients” my lab results were amazingly found and I had a bacterial infection that required antibiotics. I understand things take time but would have appreciated kinder and more proactive communication. If I had not pushed, when would I have gotten my results? It’s been a disappointing experience.
