SHAMEFUL THAT YOU HAVE ONLY ONE DOCTOR HERE ON SATURDAY MORNING FEB 28. I'M 5TH IN LINE WITH A BLEEDING NAVEL. 3 MORE PEOPLE JUST CHECKED IN BEHIND ME. OCHSNER HAS HUNDREDS OF MILLIONS, MAYBE BILLIONS, AND YOU CAN'T AFFORD TO EMPLOY MORE THAN ONE DOCTOR IN A BUSY URGENT CARE????? WHAT KIND OF PATIENT CARE IS THAT--FORCING PEOPLE TO WAIT HOURS TO SEE YOUR ONE DOCTOR ON DUTY???? ABSOLUTELY SHAME

One of the best Urgent Care facilities I have ever been to! The staff were very kind, prompt and thorough and the facility itself was impeccably clean! I booked the appointment online (which I recommend doing if you can) and I got right in - no waiting time! The nurses and physicians were knowledgeable and caring. Pretty much the whole staff said to me as I left "We hope you feel better!" which has never occurred at any doctor's office I've ever been to! I definitely will be recommending them to family and friends and will continue to go there!

My appointment time was for 1:35pm, I arrived and checked in on the MyChart app. The nurse called me within 3 minutes informing me she was ready for me in the back. Dr. Wynn was very thorough, patient, knowledgeable and caring. The staff was all the same! I never leave reviews but I have to give credit when it’s due. This urgent care is by far the best I have ever been too. Surprisingly the ER to which I had to go was the same service. I guess Ochsner overall has really good service.

Dr. E. Adams was very patient, super cool, and down to earth. She was very helpful and thorough. Definitely knows her stuff. Its awesome when someone loves their craft. Especially when able to speak the medical side of things and then give analogies/examples a normal person can understand. Very clean and efficient facility with knowledgeable staff.

The experience was amazing. I felt terrible with 102 fever. They were caring and the team work so well together and efficiently. I had so much done- labs , X-rays, shot, urinalysis, assessment and consult. All associated staff were efficient and kind. The PA, Ms. Nguyen, was gentle, a good listener and overall very attentive. Her discharge instructions were great. I really felt cared for. The front desk crew wished me luck and to feel better. So proud to work for Ochsner and feel well taken care of when I'm actually the patient sometimes.
