Front desk lady, excellent . Doctor , horrible. The”nurse” was his daughter . Nether the doctor or nurse had no clue what they were doing. I mentioned I was a nurse and the daughter was asking me questions about how to clean my son’s wound! The doctor was extremely rude and incompetent.

I work at a restaurant down the street. There are multiple restaurants and bars in the area and I ly having a 5-9 is insane. I was in anaphylaxis and tried to walk there at 5:38 (only an hour and 38 min past my start time) only to find it closed. The area is a lot of 9-5 businesses as well, so not being open past 5 is genuinely not helping anyone that's immediately in the area.

Today I went here and let me tell you customer service 100% great all around. The staff was AMAZING. I must say thank you to Shavonda, Dr Moore, and Johnathan. Definitely recommend!

Every staff member was pleasant, helpful and accommodating. I was seen quickly and efficiently. I was provided a boot for my fractured foot. It was an excellent experience. PA Terry Nguyen was excellent as well. Thanks so much!!

Been fighting chest congestion for a couple of weeks, went to this urgi-care for the second time and it was one of the most pleasant visit to see a doc, it's usually a nightmare. I had to change insurance and update my info which took maybe 5 to 10 minutes, tops. Waited another couple of minutes and I was back getting my vitals checked and pharmacy changes. Saw the doc a few mi,utes after and was diagnosed, treated, and sent on my way. The easiest medical experience I've ever had, I'm 50. No copay with my insurance. I highly recommend this urgi-care if you're in the area. Top notch, 👍👍
