My son twisted his knee while on a school trip. Very convenient that this location was just down the street. I booked an appt. Very easy & convenient to do online. Open later is a definite plus!! Came straight there after he arrived back from his trip. Very nice staff. Not long waiting & stated no machine available for my son’s appropriate treatment. Recommended go straight to er for proper treatment. Even though they didn’t treat him, it was a great overall experience & if I need to take him to an urgent care in the future, I’ll take him here. 10/10 score!! Thank you😊

I needed urgent care because my daughter's ear started hurting in the middle of the night. of course this happened on a Saturday and I didn't want to go and sit in a hospital during this heightened flu season. We were seen promptly and she was diagnosed with an ear infection on our visit. The staff took time to listen and explain to my daughter what was going on as well, which I appreciated. The office is conveniently located in Gentilly and had ample parking. I am familiar with the location because it used to be our neighborhood grocery store for years. It is amazing how it has been fixed up nicely. Because it is a new facility, it is visually appealing. As a patient, everything is online, which I appreciate. Once checked in, we were in and out in less than 30 mins. Everyone was so very nice and personable to us from the time we walked in. Feeling welcomed is a big choice of where I choose to do business. I am happy that we have found an urgent care in our neighborhood and we will definitely return.

This place is a joke. There was no receptionist. Everything is handled on your phone via a QR code. We digitally checked in (which requires you enter card payment info) before we were able to wave someone down from the back. They seemed very confused and disoriented by us being there and told us the wait would be well over an hour. No questions about why we were there or showed any concern. So we left to go to Oschner. Won’t be back, that’s for sure.

Amazing care, great staff. Not only listened to my symptoms and worries but help guide me to the correct path that could further assist my medical needs. 10/10 experience and safety towards my health.

First off I want to say I have had very good experiences at this place. So I was a little confused at today’s visit. Made an appointment online still waited forever. Why offer appointments if you still have to wait super long. I was checked in before one person and she was seen before me. I still didn’t complain after waiting almost 45 mins I get called to the back. I told them I was having back pain the medical assistant gonna tell me “oh you’re gonna need an xray”. X-ray I’m dealing with sciatica normally I get a steroid shot and muscle relaxer. Her suggestion is I visit the er because the X-ray techs are only available on Wednesday. I said well I wasn’t seen by a doctor and couldn’t even sit down in the chair in the back so am I getting refund. She replied no because I came to the back. Girl are you crazy?? I came to the back but wasn’t assisted at all. I didn’t even see a doctor.
