Great experience. Check in was easy and I was seen very quickly. I was impressed by the thoughtfulness and the thorough explanation of my diagnosis and how to best deal with the side effects of the treatment plan.

during my recent visit to the clinic, I was attended to very quickly. The staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. Everything was well-organized and efficient.

I “got in line” for my appointment at noon. The message told me that the clinic expected to see me at 1:45. I showed up at 1:30 and by 1:45 I was “first in line.” My “expected” time moved back in 20 minute increments to 3:55. At 3:30 I was moved into a room. At 3:50 I spoke with the nursing team and was told that there was only 1 doctor seeing patients (the other one apparently walked out during their shift), and that they were in the middle of a procedure and had one more patient to see before me. So, after being in line for 4 hours, and waiting in the waiting room with VERY sick people for 2 hours, I left without being seen. I expect it would have been at least another hour. Allina needs to get it together. This is horrendous! At very least, the staff should have been communicating the situation so that we could make informed decisions instead of “your next” or “15 more minutes.”

I really appreciated the kindness of the front desk staff, the radiologist, and the nurse who asked me what was happening and took my vitals in the urgent care. However, the doctor that I saw was very dismissive of me and it was very off-putting. I understand that it is urgent care and that they were short-staffed. A lot of us had to wait over 4 hours to see someone. I even had to leave to pick up my child and come back just to be seen. He rolled his eyes multiple times, when my child said something rude to me he chuckled, he would use medical jargon and then give me a deadpan stair as if I should just know what he's saying, yet when I did ask what he meant, he would look at me as if I were an idiot. He also pointed to the examination table and said 'okay go ahead and go up there' and glanced at it temporarily. Then I asked if I can take my child to the bathroom really quick because they had to pee and he literally wiped his face in frustration and said okay I will go check on something after I answered his question about an x-ray. The rest of the staff were so kind in contrast. When he came back he hit the door once and walked in and then glanced at me and walked over to his desk. After waiting for so long and him coming in like that, I ended up apologizing out of nerves, which frustrated me since I wasn’t the one being unprofessional. It sucks because the staff were so kind except for him With him being the doctor that we're actually going to go see, it sucks to feel like I have to tiptoe just to get the help I need because those tests aren't things I can do myself. No plans of returning.I hope the clinic addresses this, because the rest of the team clearly cares.

Took my daughter in to urgent care and the young lady at front desk, was incredibly rude, and unpleasant. As long as I have come to them for care for myself and my children, I can say this experience is enough to look for care other places.
