They have a system that texts you what place you are in the line. That was nice. They seem pretty efficient and knowledgeable. I actually was told I needed to go to a different place after the nurse check-in, but they were so pleasant and clearly well-informed that I wasn't even a little upset. And they set up the appointment at the other urgent care and skipped to me to the front of the line. The weather was nasty that day and the nurse from the other clinic even called to make sure I was ok. Pretty good. I felt cared for.

Stopped in for strep test. The wait was brief, paperwork reasonable, facility clean, and Doctor Angela was professional and engaging. Had my results in minutes.

Smoothest urgent care experience I think I’ve ever had. I checked in online, was called back to a room in less than five minutes. The provider saw me within a few minutes, and I was out the door. Door to done time was 15 minutes. You can’t beat that. The cherry on top was that all of the staff were kind, professional, and efficient.

There was no wait on a Wednesday mid morning. Reception, nurses and doctor were all very kind. I didn’t feel rushed. My issue was resolved. 10/10 recommend this location.

I was in a lot of pain after a car accident and the last thing I want was to have to wait hours to be see. My visit quick and all of the staff including front desk, nurses and doctor were very helpful and respectful. I’d recommend Allina Health Urgent Care Centennial Lakes Edina location to anyone:
