Excellent staff with quick and efficient response. The web interface (healow) is hot gargbage, like it was vibe-coded by a teenager in an afternoon, an unfortunate front-end what is a wonderful neighborhood clinic.

Not-so-urgent care. What is the purpose letting us make appointments if we still wait an hour or more to be seen? This happens to me every single time I come here. If you don’t have enough doctors to see everyone, don’t allow as many appointments.

Varry kind and efficient. Me and my buddy where out under an hour with prescriptions to help us. They are LGBT friendly and called my buddy buy there choose name and gender. Would highly recommend for all LGBT+ rainbow fam for ungent care needs

The receptionist is very helpful and welcoming and the MA is very professional and caring. They helped me solve eligibility issues quickly for my elderly mother. I know that my mother will be in capable hands at this clinic. Thank you immensely to the staff members of this clinic!

Really wonderful and knowledgeable staff. Had no wait time and got excellent service. Very respectful of patients and will communicate well with you to make sure you’re getting what you need - definitely recommend!
