I had a great experience at this urgent care clinic. The staff genuinely cared about the health concerns I presented and took the time to listen and help me. Everyone was professional, compassionate, and committed to providing quality care throughout my visit.

I went to the urgent care on Friday. I went in because my eye was puffy, red, and irritated. It felt like it was infected. I informed the urgent care that I went to a hotel that I think had bed bugs and lice upon leaving the hotel.My eye was red and swollen , so it felt like it got infected. The Urgent care said that they couldn't do anything for lice or bed bugs and it looked like my eye was like that Just do to being irritated from the lice and bedbugs. The doctor also looked at me and said that he didn't see any lice in my hair and that it looked like it had been treated up if I had any further concerns I could get something over the counter again. He was so focused on the bedbugs and life's part and not being able to do nothing for bedbugs and life's completely ignore my eye. On Saturday, at 4 o'clock, I went to the emergency room by 7 PM.I was gone and had a prescription for a cream antibiotic and An oral antibiotic to treat the inner eye infection and the skin infection over the eye that they found out that I had. I took my first oral antibiotic at 8 PM.Last night and I put some of the Antibiotic Cream for the skin above my eye on before bed. I woke up this morning with my eye open, a little crusty, no swelling, no pain, no puss,. I say that to say all they had to do was listen. They were so focused on lice and bedbugs they didnt catch the infection in my eye. It wouldn't have gotten that bad if they would have treated me like I asked them to. The first photo is how I went to urgent care the second photo is me now. While writing this review after my eye has gone down and the puss is out etc. I couldnt get a Pic of the swollen and pus eye but you get the picture it was horrible. I was treated horribly. I Wasn't listened to. I Was sent home with an eye infection that could have really blinded me. So I give this place a 1 out of 10 and thats just because the wait is not bad. Ps also i have this bag over my head because I left the hotel and its just a precaution im scared. I never had lice or bedbugs my whole 31 YEARS OF LIFE . So im just being careful as I came home.. I did get my house treated. My car. And Everything just as a precaution because I was so scared. Also this review might tie back go my last review of great wolf lodge and seeing bugs etc.so I was right. SMH. They kept putting me in dirty rooms with bugs blood and floors and walls visibly not Clean.

I suspected that I had a raging UTI, and though I have an appointment with my PCP next week, it was getting worse. So I went in to Urgent Care and had a very good experience. The facility is clean, they are efficient, and the people and care is wonderful. I highly recommend this UC. It turns out I was right about the UTI. I was as prescribed antibiotics and I am already feeling better.

I did not make it past reception. I asked simple questions in a friendly tone and was met with a bad attitude and no answers. I politely asked for my ID and insurance cards back and drove to a clinic 4 minutes away for my urgent need. (The reception at the other clinic answered my questions easily and the entire experience, including treatment, was done with kindness and professionalism).

The entire team at the Urgent Care facility were so professional, kind, caring, and appropriately skilled to do their jobs. I received tremendous advice on how to complete a set of actions to alleviate problems with a healing wound and much needed reassurance about concerns I had about the effect of complications.
