Received a voicemail from this clinic with no other information except to call them. The staff who answered the call was incredibly rude. She read off a confusing note and she clearly had no idea what the purpose of the doctor reaching out was. She then said, "you must have done something wrong" and refused to help or find someone to explain why the doctor was calling.

Dr. Chandler is AMAZING! She does a wonderful job of making sure her patients feel heard and explains things really well. The whole team is welcoming and provides excellent care!

I go here for medication management. The staff are extremely nice and helpful. They take time to listen to your problems and what you need or expect. The place is always clean and they offer public bathrooms. It's also off a bus line so access is available for everyone.

Similar to other reviews, I was asked questions during my routine physical which turned into a $325 bill. There was no warning that answering these questions with anything other than “no comment” would result in a charge. I was at the doctor for a *wellness exam*, assuming they were asking me questions because they cared about my overall *wellness*, not deceivingly scoring add-on charges that won’t be covered by insurance. I’ve tried to dispute the charges, with no luck. What a terrible feeling when even our doctors don’t care about us as people. Such a slimy practice that I will be telling everyone to avoid.

Brought my daughter for pediatric care here to see Nathan Guillmont MD. I thought he was very unprofessional due to the fact that he kept calling her a "they", even after correcting him multiple times. Then the last time he seen her was for a preop visit prior to surgery, I brought in a form so I could be excused from work to care for her while she recovers, he refused to say I would be out for more than 45 days so I would qualify. Then had the audacity to put in something to a social worker saying that I was facing financial difficulties while caring for her after surgery. Will be filing a grievance against him.
