I checked in at 9:45 AM for Urgent Care for my ear and was roomed and seen by a provider by 10:16 AM. I consider that a remarkably short wait. Everyone from the clerk who checked me in to the nurse to the provider was helpful and friendly.

I have had nothing but excellent experiences at this urgent care. I know urgent care wait times vary greatly because you don’t exactly plan to have an urgent care visit like you do when you make an appt weeks out with a doctor. I have been lucky with this location because (so far) I’ve always been seen promptly, and the providers have always been able to help with answers and relief. I have seen multiple providers at this urgent care; most recently, a PA and Dr. Hoang, and both were great providers. I felt listened to, they clearly outlined my options and provided informed consent, and were able to address the urgent health issues we came with. I was thankful to avoid the ER. The waiting area is large and seemingly clean. Parking is free. My only issue is that the bathroom is back in the patient area and the door is locked, so I’m not sure if there’s a restroom available while you’re waiting.

I have always gotten top notch medical care here. There is ZERO privacy. Every single person that came in - I knew their name, date of birth, address, and reason they were there. Every single time. This is a problem at MHealth in general but very noticeable at this clinic.

Horrible place you might get in quick but you end up losing the time because they don't do anything their nurse practitioners that don't do any tests they just tell you to go to the ER after you've just wasted 90 minutes won't bother going here ever again.

I was surprised to see the negative reviews, though I know we can all have different experiences. I’ve been here multiple times for things varying from medication side effects to respiratory infections. Before the move to this location, I had a couple middling experiences. Since they’ve been here, I’ve found everyone to be great. A couple thoughts: - Yes, I’ve waited. Not an unreasonable amount of time. But I plan to wait and bring something to keep myself occupied. That’s kind of the deal with urgent care - if I could have made an appointment or done a virtual visit to avoid waiting, I would have. They have to sort cases based on urgency and wait time estimates are based on averages. Some cases take a little longer, and I know when I’m on the other side of the door I appreciate that they’re not rushing me. - Approach with kindness and you’ll be met with kindness. I’ve never had an issue here - everyone has been so kind and helpful. If I’m ever curious where I am in line I just wait until there’s no line and they’ll tell me. - If you see an empty waiting room, it doesn’t mean they don’t have full patient rooms. - Check the website before going. They have a realtime estimated waiting time. It’s not always on, but they have a “let us know you’re coming” button and you can get in line before you arrive. Urgent and emergent care are frustrating to visit. I think it’s an issue with the system and not with any one location. For really big deals I’ve definitely called around before heading somewhere to find a place that wasn’t super busy. I once went to an urgent care on NYE that had a 4 hour wait. I called around and found an emergency room with no wait. 🤷🏻
