A triage nurse did a thorough job of assessing my issue by phone, then arranged to have a place held so I could wait before I went to UC instead of waiting 2 hours. The nurse at UC was personable and highly competent. The doctor persisted until she was able to remove a pesky and elusive object in my eye; she was personable, skilled, and determined! Very pleased with how I was treated.

I recently had a colonoscopy procedure performed by Doctor Anupama U Nookala. Before the procedure, she introduced herself and asked the normal questions. I mentioned to her that if anesthesia would be needed she should administer a low dosage which she was in accord with. Note: my previous colonoscopy was conducted in such a gentle manner that anesthesia was not needed at all because that doctor was extremely delicate and cautious. On this colonoscopy visit, anesthesia was absolutely needed. I was told to lean on my left side and then Dr. Nookala ABRUPTY inserted the colonoscope causing severe pain, then she suddenly pushed on the soles of my feet, this time causing an excruciating pain that make me beg for the anesthesia. The assistance nurse was very attentive and immediately administered the anesthesia to my IV. Next, I woke up at the recovery room and the nightmare was over! I have never experienced such absolute lack of empathy and professionalism from any doctor before. I felt helpless, mistreated and humiliated!! I really hope that the hospital's administration recognize this and takes measures to prevent this from recurring. I would like to thank the attending nurses for their kindness and professionalism. I would suggest that doctor Nookala either improve her bedside manner or think about practicing large animal veterinary services. I felt like I was treated like livestock/cattle and I would never go back to her again.

Overall, the clinic isn't so bad. The reason for the 1 star is doctor Abm Masudur Rahman. He is one of the worst doctors I have ever seen. He will talk to you condescendingly and doesn't treat people with any respect. I am not even sure why he is still working as a doctor. He usually works at this location, and I chose not to go here because of him specifically however, one day he showed up at the Brooklyn Center location. When he walked through the door we gave him the benefit of the doubt. Nope, same condescending attitude and still lacks respect for patients. He won't help no one.

I brought my daughter in on Christmas morning for an ear infection. I saw a doctor for 5 minutes as they peaked in her ears and prescribed medication. I was charged almost $400 for a "30-45 minute appt". We tried to send the bill back for reconsideration/review and to correct the billing code and they said that it was coded appropriately. This has happened to us more than once here. Another time they recommended a flu test 'to be safe'...even though they didn't think it was the flu. And then that flu test cost $300.00. Go anywhere else except Park Nicollet.

The one star is for the check in process and getting me into a room quickly. I would give NEGATIVE stars for the doctor SAMUEL J KJOME. He did not care about my health or why I was there, didnt listen to me and kept referring to waiting it out and following up with my Dermatologist cause he didnt have answers nor wanted to test me for anything. I was in pain and he told me my large mass on my arm was a ingrown hair or bug bite. I informed him he was wrong and was not helpful. I went to my dermatologist and she informed me it is MRSA/Staph Infection which was found out by one signal swab of the infection. This doctor shouldnt have a job as i could have ended up in the hospital if i just kept waiting like he said.
