I honestly think this is the best experience I’ve ever had at a medical establishment. The space is clean, new, and very spacious without feeling completely sterile. Everyone was so kind and genuine. I can’t get over the fact that they have a snack/beverage bar. The care was super quick, while still being thorough. Thank you guys for such great care, it’s never fun having to go into the doctors but it always makes the process better when you have great people there. I’ve found my go-to spot and I’ll definitely be recommending my family and friends when they’re in need.

Sad to say i have had to go to the urgency room a few times the past couple months but I can’t say enough positives. Each time they met me with comfort, kindness, and compassion. They are adorable and care about you and take their time. For the 2 workers at the front desk today 01/27/26 thank you for your kindness and making me laugh! The doctors help look at everything and make sure you get the right tests. I had questions and they didn’t hesitate answering. They even offered water and snacks! I urge people to use the Urgency Room when able! Best care!

I never thought I'd post a review about an urgent care center, but my experience has been so positive that I had to do it. I believe this location is new, which means an incredibly clean facility with tons of amenities and services. It's very easy to get in right away by booking online. I had a bad upper respiratory cold, was seen right away in a large private room, tested for various things, given immediate treatment and an xray. It was fast, comfortable, professional and clean. Everything you want from an urgent care center. My boyfriend caught what I had, and I immediately knew this is where he should go. He had the same positive experience.

What can I say about my experiences here; for starters Nothing negative. I have an unfortunate experience of sick kids and a wife with pretty bad complications from a surgery. Ive been to more urgent care, ER, hospital visits then I ever want to admit. That being said here is what you can expect from coming here vs literally any other *urgent* facilities. 1: a quick intake. I've never been in the waiting are for longer then 15 minutes before getting a room. But if you must be there for a bit, grab a complimentary coffee, water, apple juice or fruit snacks. 2: a nurse coming in and taking down info. 3: your care professional will come in and *LISTEN* to why your there. 4: get some tests ordered. Blood work, ct, ultrasound, urine etc. 5: discuss results and get you on your way home. I have never seen the level of care displayed from provider to patient like I do here. I understand this place is an urgency setting but still the staff are lovely. My numerous ER trips are met with overworked and fatigued staff. I get it i really do but we're all tired and none of us want to be at the ER. However here they treat you with kindness and genuinely listen to what's ailing you. I'm so glad this place opened nearby my home. I will continue to come here every single time I need to unless we need surgery or an Mri. Thank you to all the wonderful staff that works tirelessly to helping and healing. You're dedication is very apparently and appreciated.

I was there on a Saturday night. I honestly didn't even know that this place was there, until I had googled urgent care. I was greeted at the front desk by Tae and Char. Then, nurse Nate, Dr.Tom and Melissa in X-ray. All of them were very pleasant, patient and helpful. It's a huge place. They also offer water, juice and snacks. I was very happy with my experience. The wait wasn't very long either which was a surprise.
