Had difficulty sleeping last night due to severe congestion. So I hopped online and booked a 9:00 a.m. appointment the next morning. Everything went smoothly. The office staff and the medical personnel were so nice. The nurse practitioner (I believe her name was Katie) was particularly helpful. I will definitely use them again if needed. Not to mention my co-pay was lower than at other Urgent Care facilities. But that could be due to my insurance since I'm now on Medicare. I would definitely recommend the Carbon Health at Ward Parkway!

I unfortunately had to come in twice in two weeks for an illness and then my son was injured. Both times they were quick and helpful. Kovit is friendly and personable. I even was able to ask about and correct a charge made by accident. I’m grateful we know this place is here as I haven’t been the biggest fan of most urgent care centers. We are grateful this made a difference. It’s not cheap for uninsured people but to me it’s worth it.

This was my 1st use of this facility and I was not disappointed. I was taken to an exam room quickly and all my vitals were taken in preparation for the doctor. She was thorough in her evaluation of my problem. We discussed why I was there and I came away feeling confident that this was a great facility for immediate care.

In the past, my experience at another local urgent care was not the best… So I was pleasantly surprised at the outstanding care that I received at Carbon Health this past week. From the moment I entered to the time I left, I had nothing but wonderful and professional treatment. Marquitta, a medical assistant, met me at the door with prompt and courteous service getting me set up in a room. Later in the visit, Kaylee, another medical assistant and Cassidy my PA , were very caring and professional , as they offered expert care . All in all, I was in and out of the clinic in under an hour. With the medication they prescribed, I felt 100% better 24 hours later. I would highly recommend this urgent care to anyone in the Kansas City area.

The receptionist here tried to tell my husband that they weren't taking walk ins and the next available appt was the next day. He went online and found an appointment in 30 mins. Receptionist then gave him an attitude when he came back in for appt and said "I told you that because we are really backed up. Do you still want to be seen because you're going to have to wait" completely unprofessional. I get they wanted to get out on time but they were still able to close 12mins before their closing time. Receptionist also did this to another person while he was waiting to be seen. That was at 6:30 and when they finally left the receptionist threw her hands up celebrating and then locked the door behind them. Absolutely insane to act this way when you don't close till 7. I would understand if it was close to closing time but my husband came in at 5:20. Don't know a lot of business that can just lie to people and lock their doors before they even close. So much for a walkin urgent care.
