Great service and seen quick. I have an issue with the billing department. They ended up taking $380 dollars for payment then my insurance paid. Called in January was told refund check coming in mail. Called again today and now they tell me it has to go to review and could take up to 45 days for review. This review should have been done when the credit showed on the account or at least when I called in January. Now it’s been 3 months that they have just kept the credit. Be careful providing debit card as they will hold any refunds due.

From the front desk to get my vitals done to seeing the nurse practitioner was an excellent experience. The patient intake person was nice and hospitable. The vitals nurse was very friendly easy to talk to. Myra, the nurse practitioner who diagnose me she was very knowledgeable of what I had to say, and was able to point me in the right direction as far as prescriptions needed and was able to give me a referral sheet for a primary care physician. The whole team was fantastic, and greatly appreciate it.

Had a great experience at urgent care. My provider, Myra was very attentive, professional, and made me feel comfortable during my visit. The front desk staff especially Taryiah, was friendly and welcoming, and very helpful from the moment I walked in. I was very happy with the service I received and truly appreciate the care and kindness from the whole team.”

THEY GET THE JOB DONE. Yesterday I wasted hours otp with every surrounding Urgent Care and hospital locations. I was so angry that all my efforts were resulting in absolutely nothing while I'm stuck at home with crutches. But then I called here. No wait line to get an answer otp. I was given a price quite for X-Rays paid out of pocket and was told the X-ray technician will be in tomorrow. FINALLY!!! PROGRESS!!! When I arrived with my not so good knee and crutches the sign in process and payment was fast. Myra Lathrop tended to me like one would treat a family member. This is my first knee injury and my first time gathering documentation for work, so there's a lot I didn't know about how this process works. She was so patient with me and answered all of my questions and concerns. Even though she was tending to 4 other patients she didn't rush herself or me and she wasn't short with her words. She could see me behind my eyes and gave more effort than required.THANK GOD. I get to keep my job thanks to all the efforts of the staff here today. Smooth. Not Webby in the slightest. Thank you so very much for being you! I will be coming here from now on anytime I need Urgent Care.
