I had a great experience at this urgent care! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. The facility was very clean and well-maintained, which made me feel comfortable right away. I also appreciated that there were no long wait times. I was seen quickly and efficiently. The doctor was professional, helpful, and took the time to really listen and address my concerns. You can truly tell he cares about his patients and wants to provide the best care possible. I highly recommend this urgent care to anyone looking for quality, compassionate service!

I had to make a quick visit to the urgent care and found this clinic. From the moment I walked in the door I was welcomed by the front desk. He was very welcoming and very efficient. I was also checked in quickly but didn’t feel as if I was being rushed. The Medical Assistant was very patient and nice. The Dr showed a lot of compassion and listened to my concerns. It’s very rare to find a provider that takes the time to listen to you. I will definitely recommend this urgent care to anyone in the area.

Quick and attentive, no long wait times. Doctor was thorough and staff was helpful and professional. I will be coming back for future visits when needed and highly recommend if your looking for the best treatment on east side of Las Vegas. Thank you A+ urgent care team !

Very friendly staff and doctor. I showed up 20 minutes before closing as a new patient and they were willing to take me on. They were very quick and attentive. Wonderful experience at this office. Dr. Ramos was great.
