I had an excellent experience thanks to Maisie and the doctor on duty was Dr. Addalina. From the moment I arrived, they were both professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. Maisie made the check-in process smooth and welcoming, while the doctor took the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and ensure I felt comfortable throughout the visit. Their level of customer service truly stood out, and I felt well taken care of from start to finish. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for compassionate and efficient care.

I would like to THANK Dr. Feliciano for her great extensive very caring treatment for my visit today 2/2/26. Also l i would to commend the front staff who assisted us today, i just didn't get her name, she is a very good asset to your company, very helpful and on top of that she gave me a shot without even a pain, she's really good. I had a genuinely great experience at CareFirst Urgent Care. Ms. Adelina (NP) and Saybe at the front desk were incredible. There’s a reason this place has 5 stars. No pushing, no gimmicks, just real patient care. Adelina took her time, listened to every symptom, and made sure I understood everything. What stood out most was her empathy. It truly felt like she cared, and that’s rare. Saybe was just as kind and welcoming, which made the whole visit even smoother. I didn’t feel rushed at all. Just grateful for the care I received here.

I had a really good experience at this urgent care. The staff was incredibly sweet and welcoming from the moment I walked in. The front desk was quick and efficient, making check-in easy, and the doctor was just as great! I felt taken care. Definitely recommend!
