Injured my back. Was in the hospital over the weekend. Hospital said they couldn’t do anything I had to see my primary doc. Well I can’t even get anyone on the phone. My doc wasn’t there so I had to show up for an urgent care appointment and the doctor was rude to me when I tried telling him I have adverse reactions to prednisone and I need an mri. The doctor wasn’t attentive didn’t listen and just assumed I was there for pills when I can sit I can hardly walk and no one will scan my back. I love dr. Correl but it’s impossible to get an appointment in a timely manner when there’s an urgent need and that other doctor doesn’t even need to be a doctor. Because of this I will never be coming back to this facility. In fact I’m done with atrium period. Idk why it is so hard to get medical help.

Came in after an accident, which caused my braces to cut my lip wide open. From the front desk clerk through the entire stitching process Celia & Jessica were absolutely amazing, professional, and helpful. Needed 13 stitches. Got me in and out in a little over an hour. Thank you all so much!! Highly recommend this place for the staff, speed, and overall quality of service.

This is the care experience I’ve longed for my entire life, but didn’t know even existed anymore until a friend recommended Dr. Allen Shepard to me. In a world where going to the doctor has always involved parking garages and multiple buildings and elevators and suites and felt a bit like the matrix, being cared for by Dr. Shepard (and Savannah) and his staff is like a dream come true. Dr. Shepard is phenomenal, and everyone at the clinic is great, from the front desk staff to the techs to the nurses. Parking adjacent to the building and taking a few steps into the clinic is an experience I didn’t even know existed anymore. I’ve been treated here for over a year now, and I feel truly blessed to receive such excellent care in a non factory/farm/fast food setting. This morning I called, and the triage nurse, Chris (sp), provided me with a level of care that you just don’t find anymore. Thank you. Being seen at this practice is truly a blessing, and clinics like these should be the standard in primary care.

***Update***I am leaving a 5 star review for this clinic because of the the front desk staff, especially Diamond and the provider Dr. Guilherme Corral. I have been to this Urgent Care about 4 times and always had a great experience until today 06/02/2025. Last week I went because of nasal congestion and saw Dr. Corral who was amazing. He took the time to listen to me and explain his thoughts of what was going on and prescribed me medication. Today June 2 I went back because my throat is still producing a lot of mucus and I started having heart palpitations at 10am. Diamond at the door checked me and there was no wait time and the nurse who took my blood pressure and checked my pulse was awesome. Then walks in this rude doctor name Leslie Cottrell, who has no type of bedside manner and no greeting and said I seen you have been to a couple places for this same matter. She only check my throat, (barely) and my breathing. She did not let me talk! She said she was prescribing a new medication for the congestion and one for the heart palpitations, but did not check the palpitations on a ekg, even after the nurse had told me to undress and put me in a gown. She just was very short with me. The visit lasted 5mins. I didn’t get her name because she spoke so fast and as if she didn’t want to be bothered. I look at her doctor nots and she has several things she did not do. You didn’t look in my ears, nor nose, we did not revisit any symptoms you have listed and I didn’t say anything about a headache. I will be calling my insurance to dispute some of the the things in the notes. The notes are not even professional. The ones from last week from Dr. Corral is very professional and everything we discussed. I will not recommend any patient to be treated by Leslie Cottrell, she needs to go shadow how to treat patients. This was my experience and I can’t speak for anyone else. I was highly upset when I left the office today. ***Important Update*** Thank goodness I didn’t take the prescriptions this ignorant doctor prescribed, because she prescribed a medicine just like Benadryl. Which Benadryl is on my allergic reaction medication list for the same side effects this medication causes. She nor the pharmacy has no warnings about drowsiness or dizziness this could cause. Like I said originally she did not review my chart, just came in with giving out medications. Please always be an advocate for yourself! Imagine if I would have taken the medication and had to drive somewhere. Now there is another action I will have to take, against her, not the clinic, because the clinic is awesome.

Disappointed. After scheduling an appointment to get my ear checked for an on going infection I waited more than an hour just for no one to even look at my ear. Such a waste of time. I would’ve at least appreciated someone letting me know that I didn’t get skipped or forgotten.
