Honestly, the nicest urgent care I’ve been to. Visiting from out of town for the weekend - went on a whim because one of the guys was feeling off. No line, no wait, incredibly kind and friendly staff. Super clean and thorough. 5 out of 5 stars now doubt about it. If you’re local, you’ve got a go to spot, if you’re visiting and unsure where to go, look no further.

On April 30, 2026, I visited the OneSpotMD clinic on Central Avenue in Charlotte, NC. We live in another state and I got really sick while traveling. Before coming here I read reviews for other urgent care centers and they were not good. OneSpotMD had good reviews and I was relieved to see they were not left by bots. As soon as we entered we were met with compassion and professionalism. Dr. Lee and nurse Jennifer were absolutely amazing. Dr Lee was very thorough, did not rush me, and took time to answer all of my questions. He was very concerned and had the most phenomenal bedside manner. Nurse Jennifer was just as accommodating and professional. She is also wonderful at administering shots that would normally be painful. Thank you both for caring so much and helping me to feel better. You truly made us feel like family. They also took wonderful care of my husband as well.

I took my mother-in-law to their urgent care earlier this week, and we were both so impressed. The practice is brand new and spotlessly clean – everything looks and feels modern and super clean. From the moment we walked in, the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. We barely waited at all before being seen, which was a pleasant surprise for an urgent care visit. We saw Dr. Lee, and he was outstanding. He’s clearly very knowledgeable, took the time to listen carefully, explained everything in an easy-to-understand way, and has wonderful bedside manner. His clinical decisions were spot-on; my mother-in-law started feeling much better almost immediately after following his treatment plan. She’s still talking about how kind and thorough he was and wanted me to be sure to thank him! The entire atmosphere of the office is warm, calm, and genuinely welcoming – it doesn’t feel rushed or cold like some places can. If you’re looking for a patient-centered practice that combines real medical expertise with a caring environment, OneSpotMD is the place to go.

Thank you OneSpotMD Team! The team and provider on call on 11/28 was fast, friendly, efficient and knowledgable. During a holiday weekend, I was so appreciative to have access to professional and convenient health care. And so easy to book my appointment online. Highly reccomend and will be back again if I am ever in need.

Very disappointed with the billing transparency and refill policies here. Furthermore, they refuse to refill a maintenance medication and asked to re visit everytime i need refill. It feels like the priority is collecting fees rather than patient care and convenience. I would recommend looking elsewhere if you value transparency
