Ehhh. I mean it's alright but I didn't really like the fact my momma had to be sent here. She had to get sent to this place due to bone dry mouth and throat to the point she couldn't speak or breathe, dizzyness, lightheaded, one of her arms went numb and had a tingling sensation, and her vision was blurry. I mean she started feeling better and all but I'd say they kind of discharged her a little too quick. Over here talking about some "yeah if you experience it again you need to come back" and I have a feeling they didn't necessarily give her proper care. But the only good thing is the nurses, doctors and other workers there are nice But yeah the main problem is I feel like they don't care for patients as much as they should and just sends them home QUICK.

I'm 47 years old with three grown children so I've had my fair share of emergency room visits. This visit was exceptional. I received such caring and compassionate care from every person I came in contact with once I got behind those ER doors. It was so clean, there was no wait and I've never experienced a care team that showed as much concern and expertise as the team I encountered.

Weird experience overall. There were about 10 people asleep in the lobby after waiting for 2 hours to be seen due to my finances body reacting to something. A clear allergic reaction, could have been a deadly spider bite. Police were being obnoxious. I think this unit needs to be audited.

Very bad service. I brought my daughter in pain and I already have more than 3 hours waiting for results, apart from that I asked them for a blanket and pillow and they never brought anything. That’s how they take care of a patient in this emergency room.

I had an appointment yesterday with Dr. Tracy Kane, MD, and I am very grateful for the wonderful care I received. Dr. Kane was very attentive, took the time to explain everything clearly, and answered all of my questions with patience and kindness. She truly made me feel comfortable and cared for. I would also like to thank the nurses they were kind, supportive, and very professional throughout my visit. Their warm attitude created a calm and welcoming atmosphere. Thank you to the whole team for your excellent care and compassion! 🌸
