A terrific place. The staff are very professional, thorough and friendly. . I made an appointment through the web site and it worked perfectly. The only problem I have (and the only reason for giving just 3 stars) is not with Urgent care per se, but the Atrium (I'm assuming) urology office to which they referred me. I have a condition that could be serious and it continues. It's been 5 days I have heard nothing. And the problem with using Urgent Care is there is really no one to call there. That part was disappointing.

Good experience; my allergy were at hyper, so I wanted make sure it wasn't something else. Running a little late (5min). Chkd.in ok. A brief note...i think the question&answer should be more private at front desk, but that's A trade off for "urgent" care. A brief wait 5min. Nurse Assistant pleasant, helpful. Nurse Practioner Rachel, pleasant, professional. Altogether my experience was quick and professional. Allergy back in chk. peace

Great customer service. I made a same day video appointment for an ear infection. Atrium called me and said they could not do video for ear issues, and when I explained that all in office appointments were showing as full online, the assistant found a nearby location with availability that evening. When I arrived for the appointment, I was promptly seen and the care was excellent.

I've been to urgent cares all over Charlotte and Concord, and none of them come close to the surprisingly delightful experience I had here. From checkin to care from nurse and doctor, they treated me like family. My wound was stitched up perfectly, care instructions thorough, and they gave me all the time I needed. I could go on for a long time. Very thankful!

Very professional and caring experience recently at Atrium Urgent Care on Morehead Street. The triage nurse was friendly and very efficient. Next I met with a doctor who listened attentively, asked questions, and diagnosed my issue quickly. I followed his advice and started feeling better that evening. Thank you!
