Today was one of those days where everything felt compounded, and I was advocating hard for my child during a scary allergic reaction. If I came off as short or intense in the moment, that came from concern—not disrespect. The staff still showed up with patience, professionalism, and took great care of her. The provider was amazing and got her exactly what she needed. As a mom, I’m grateful. Truly.

My last visit to this urgent care was not great. I had a doctor who talked down to me nearly the entire appointment. Today, I walked in and made an appointment to come back at a later time. I arrived on-time for my appointment just to find there was no one at the desk. I waited for nearly 20 minutes at the desk and was not checked in. I received a text that said my appointment had been cancelled due to my no-show. I don’t go to urgent care facilities often, but this is by far one of the worst I have been to.

Visited this location this morning and had a wonderful experience! Reserved a time online ahead of time and was taken back within minutes of arrival. Nurse Erica was amazing and empathetic when listening to my symptoms and concerns. PA Chad was great not only with explaining my medical situation and test results but he also had really and good, genuine bedside manner and made me totally comfortable and relaxed in his care. Will definitely be back next time I need an urgent care!

This was the worst experience I’ve had with a medical office and medical professional. I was seen by Madison last week. She was rude, unprofessional, and lacked compassion. I left in tears. I’ve called and left a message with Wanita, the office manager and never received a call back. I wish I had read reviews before my visit. It appears this issue with Madison is normal and acceptable by Atrium.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND CO-PAY AT THIS LOCATION! Maybe if u need stitches or something they’re fine, but that’s it. Don’t know why the receptionist didn’t just go ahead and send us somewhere else like she did another person; 2 1/2 hrs and $50 later PA told my daughter to either find a primary care doctor or go to emergency room cuz she could do nothing for her. No bedside manner, no kindness, nothing
