Dear Concentra Team, I wanted to take a moment to highlight the importance of positive communication with customers, especially in the healthcare field-especially the ones hurt on the job. No matter what your own personal opinion is. If their faking or not…..-some do It is not your business or concern!…….Do your job, nicely-correctly. During my visit today, November 11, 2025, in Charlotte, NC, @ 8:30am (South End). The ladies in the front area, as I came through the second door, not the very front desk don’t even speak back……Just sad!…….I appreciated the friendly and helpful demeanor of the ladies in the therapy are who assisted-welcomed me with a Good morning☀️afterward. Their attitude made a significant difference in my experience today!. Conversely, I believe that staff members responsible for bringing patients back could benefit from more personable interactions. Simply speaking kindly and engaging with each patient can greatly enhance the overall experience and make patients feel valued and respected. A little kindness and direct communication go a long way in creating a welcoming environment. I encourage your team to remember that speaking to each patient makes a difference. I had a very positive experience with Concentra Urgent Care. From my initial arrival through to completing the required online documentation, the process was smooth and efficient, and the staff were exemplary throughout. The medical team demonstrated outstanding customer service. In particular, the Physician Assistant who attended to me was exceptional—professional, personable, and genuinely caring. She took the time to listen, was extremely patient, and ensured I felt comfortable and well-informed during my visit. Overall, the level of care and professionalism exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend Concentra Urgent Care to anyone requiring prompt and attentive medical treatment.

The staff at Concentra Southend have been beyond amazing! Ive never been injured to this degree and they consistently make me feel like I’m going to make a full recovery. Truly means everything. Recommend there care to anyone!

No stars from this visit! I sat in the office for 3 hours unacceptable! Medical professionals in the office chatting no help , the manager sat with no inaction with patients nor help. And as the front desk asked the medical professionals to help she said NO with the nasty attitude. This place needs help and more professional staff that help.

I think they operate a majority on walk-ins so I already knew that I might have a little bit of a wait. However, the women at the front desk were super nice and welcoming, and then whoever did my test in the back was extremely nice as well. Very clean and in a good location. I do recommend this establishment!
