I was greeted with professionalism from the time I entered until my discharge. All staff went above & beyond providing ME with exceptional care! The PA astonishing bedside manners! That goes a long way in MY book! Especially, being a retired healthcare professional as well. Top notch care!

Every staff member was polite and warming. The wait was short and the care was in abundance. Big shout out to all staff especially the front desk. Two professional Queens (Tina) unfortunately I forgot the other young ladies name but they were both awesome! I highly recommend this location!

Stopped in today after a fall and head injury, and this team was incredible. Sheik Race, simply put was perfect! Handled me with confidence and with a little bit of humor thrown in which calmed me down! He explained everything clearly and helped me feel comfortable getting staples in my head when I was extremely concerned about! Charity (nurse) was awesome—super efficient and genuinely kind. The front desk team also jumped into action when they heard I had a flight to catch and kept things moving without any stress. Great care, great people. Really grateful for how they handled everything. I made it home safe thanks to the Fast Med Clinic team!!! PS Sheik, I tried to work next day and you were right about that not being a great idea! I am telling everyone about your sprained ankle analogy! You are the best!

No one looks forward to a trip to urgent care, as it usually stems from an illness or injury that is already stressful. However, our recent visit was an absolute exception thanks to the exceptional quality of care we received. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was professional and reassuring. We were particularly impressed by: • The Attentive Staff: Every member of the team, from the front desk to the clinical staff, was incredibly friendly and made us feel heard. • Efficiency: We were seen much faster than expected, which is a huge relief when you aren’t feeling your best. • Facility Standards: The clinic was notably clean and well-maintained, which immediately put us at ease regarding the safety and hygiene of the environment. The combination of a compassionate team and a streamlined process turned a difficult day into a very positive experience.

Brought my daughter in this evening. Met with the lady at the front desk for check in, she was kind and got me checked in seamlessly. Then we were called to the back REALLY fast. From there, even the nurses and doctor were really kind as well. Exceeded my expectations. I’m satisfied and my daughter is up playing around. Thanks!!!!!!!!
