My experience with First Care Medical was Excellent! I just moved here and the lady Mel was great! She explain everything to me about the process as a New Patient. I will be back with my family. Customer Service was outstanding. Information was great. And she made the process easy.

Visited twice. First off, it is the shabbiest/dirtiest medical facility I have ever seen. It's gross. Second, I was told on my first visit they would take over my prescriptions as I just recently moved here. A few days before the prescriptions ran out, I called to get them to make sure they were renewed. I was told they had no record of one prescription being approved (the NP I saw said both were no problem, so she must have recorded it incorrectly). The receptionist said she would talk to the NP and then send both prescriptions to the pharmacy - no problem. I called back later in the day to check on the prescriptions. They hadn't been filled. Was told they would call me back to let me know when they were sent to the pharmacy. Fast forward 72 hours and a half dozen phone calls, and my prescriptions STILL have not been sent to the pharmacy! Are you kidding me? This place is totally dysfunctional and disorganized. Avoid at all costs. Update: After six days and a dozen plus interactions, they sent the wrong and incomplete prescriptions to the pharmacy (3x) and I never got the meds they were supposed to be providing. Utter incompetence. Do yourself a favor. Go literally anywhere else. *Edit, one year later. These people keep scheduling me for appointments randomly, over and over again. I haven't been here for about a year. I have asked them repeatedly to remove me from any upcoming appointments but they keep calling me every other day for the past three weeks. This has to be the worst doctor's office in the United States. Unfathomable levels of incompetence.

Top notch service from Mel, I came with a friend and she treated her like she was a family member. She was kind, thoughtful and supportive. THANK YOU MEL!!!!

I came to this clinic today and Mel was so attentive to my grandkids issues I really appreciate her. This clinic was great with me and my kids.

Worst clinic ever don’t every apply for a medical exam for the immigration with them , they sent my medical exam missing some pages and they never care or respond when you ask them about any issues , worst customer support and the most bad service whatever you do don’t apply with them because you gonna need a lot of money for the lawyers to fix issues that they made when the sent medical exams that’s beside they send my medical exam with a wrong name avoid these people completely
