I had a really disappointing experience at this urgent care. The front desk staff had a terrible attitude from the moment I walked in. They were unprofessional and came across as disrespectful, even though I was being polite the entire time. It’s frustrating because no one goes to urgent care for fun. You’re already not feeling well, and the last thing you need is to be treated poorly. The PA I saw was actually kind and helpful during the visit, which I appreciated. However, the experience took a turn afterward because she never sent over my visit notes or instructions. Now I have no idea what medications I’m supposed to take or what the next steps are, and she won’t be back until Thursday. That essentially leaves me stuck after paying for the visit, unable to move forward with treatment. Overall, I feel like I wasted both my time and money.

Never thought I would leave a 5-star review for an urgent care practice, but I've never had a more positive experience at one. I completed the paperwork prior to my visit, which made check-in super efficient. I was seen quickly by an experienced physician who was patient and kind, listened to my concerns, and provided a diagnosis/prescription. This was not the peak of cold/flu season, but it was late in the day, and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. I've mentioned this place to several friends since, and they have also raved about it. Who knew?!

Because of pollen season, my asthma was acting up and becoming harder to deal with. I was scheduled at this location after a telehealth appointment. The appointment was fine, the receptionists didn’t ask for my insurance information or really speak to me at all. The doctor started a breathing treatment and prescribed me an albuterol solution and an inhaler. The doctor told me to find a nebulizer on Amazon, without knowing Amazon sells those devices for animals. I searched reviews and the ones available were unreliable and didn’t hold charge for full treatment per reviews. I called into the urgent care to ask where to get one or a prescription for the equipment required to use the medication. My call on Saturday went without follow up. I called today and it took the woman who answered the phone 20+ minutes to comprehend what I was asking for…the machine needed to use the medications I already paid and picked up. The receptionist was truly unhelpful and rude, this is not my closest GoHealth location and despite sending my previous prescriptions straight to the pharmacy, they wanted me to pick up a paper copy. Having issues breathing since 3/26 and they wanted me to suffer more to pick up a sheet of paper to then fax to a DME provider. I called my local pharmacy with questions and they were able to connect me with an independent pharmacy that stocks nebulizers. The independent pharmacy confirmed Novant and Go Health rarely do the due diligence necessary to care for patients with any level of professionalism. All in all, we need more competition in healthcare to drive out this lack of appropriate care.

I’ve been to this location multiple times, most recently this past Saturday morning. The team was efficient, kind, and personable, and they communicated clearly while working hard to keep wait times short. There was only 1 other patient when I arrived, but the staff worked with the same urgency and care as if the waiting room were full. I also noticed the team was very thorough in cleaning surfaces/rooms throughout my visit. Excellent experience.

The staff was attentive and patient. I was so happy to have been able to make a same day appointment and the appointment start on time. Great staff and great location!
