I only visited this facility because it carries the Novant Health name, but do not be fooled. This is a third party operation with zero accountability. After my visit, they auto charged my credit card multiple times without authorization or disclosure, once for $75 and again for $135. On top of those charges, they hit me with an additional $206 fee that was not clearly disclosed and never mentioned upfront. Only God knows how much they are overcharging my insurance (I am fully insured by UHC) while they simultaneously drain my personal bank account. The staff is just as bad as the billing. The person at the front desk was incredibly nasty when I tried to use tap to pay. They forced me to insert my card instead, which I now suspect is part of their racket to keep my card on file for these unauthorized charges. The most infuriating part is that when you try to resolve these questionable charges through the Novant portal, Novant washes their hands of it. They claim they do not bill for them and have no access to help. They are happy to put their logo on the door to lure you in, but they offer zero support when this facility exploits you. This place operates like a billing trap designed to fleece patients. If you value your finances, stay far away. They are more interested in predatory credit card swipes than actual healthcare. A truly shameful experience.

Absolute worst experience I've ever had at an urgent care and that's a low bar. If I could give zero starts I would. They charged me a copay upon walking in, took my vitals, and then proceeded to tell me they could do nothing to help me and then I got an email a few days later saying that I owed them an extra $160. For what!? A fee for putting up with them being cold, uncaring, and completely useless? Never going back here or to any greedy, profit-hungry corporate hospital facility like this again. This kind of horrendous care - or lack thereof - is absolutely sickening and the people who run this place should be ashamed of themselves.

Not very much help whatsoever. Don’t waste your money. Came in with severe pain and needed a cyst removed, which Kelly barely glanced at refusing to lance it. I’ve had these removed numerous times and know when they’re ready. The note on the meeting was not accurate which substantiates the lazy provider care. I went to AFC urgent care less than one mile away and was handled in/out in less than an hour and the NP commented how she couldn’t believe they turned me away with just antibiotics and no lancing to drain. Nurse listened really well, NP did not.

Came to this location after being sent home early from work due to coworkers being sick. Just came for a doctors note, was told a flu and covid test should be done just in case. I have been waiting for 40 minutes on results while my partner saw the woman that was supposed to be helping me scrolling through shein on the computer. Dont come here.

We have been seen quickly and Jeff Allen is the best! He diagnosed my toddler so quickly and knew exactly what to do when he wasn’t taking his meds. I trust him. The front desk was also really helpful. A great urgent care.
