We had a great experience here. I called ahead and got answered very quickly. The front desk was very nice and friendly; she even wished the patient a speedy recovery. The staff was wonderful and very attentive, she personally walked me in to show me exactly where to provide the sample. The doctor was exceptional-he was extremely thorough, kind, and genuinely cared about the patient. He patiently answered all of our questions and offered very careful recommendations. He is truly dedicated and attentive to his patients. We didn't have to wait long at all. The process was quick and efficient. Highly recommend!

I have nothing but good things to say. The receptionist was friendly. Waited probably 20 minutes to be seen. The nurse was caring and funny. Doc came in to check out my eye injury, told me the problem and prescribed me meds to my pharmacy. Two days later back to normal!

The lady at the front desk is undoubtedly the most unprofessional customer service representative I’ve ever encountered. I sincerely hope she receives comprehensive customer service training and lessons to improve her skills and ensure she meets the highest standards of service. Or let her go either would be a massive benefit to the world.

Partner was seen here last week for back pain and was prescribed a course of steroids with no taper off in dose which resulted in withdrawal symptoms. Doctor was unprofessional and touched her buttocks during the exam twice to “point to the source of pain” yet had no issue asking verbally if the pain was on other areas of ger back without physical contact. Front desk staff was unprofessional as well. Highly recommend avoiding this location.

Did not have a good experience with the doctors. Twice they didn’t even write on the medication prescription antibiotic for how long I should take it for. The pharmacist said they couldn’t help me with that but the doctor should have been the one to provide that. For all those signs they have in the rooms about antibiotic stewardship you would think they could write medical instructions for the antibiotics correctly. This is SUBSTANDARD medical care. Not once but twice this has happened to me, so this is just how they practice medicine. I’m not sure what is going on with the receptionist. Maybe she is mentally depressed or the doctors treat her bad, but she is not friendly at all.
