I needed a physical and TB testing completed for my nursing program, and after calling what felt like every clinic and urgent care in Columbus, I was honestly frustrated. Most places had extremely limited availability, could only provide one of the two services, turned me away, or were charging over $160+ for everything. When I called Bexley Urgent Care, the experience was completely different from the start. Even over the phone, the staff was friendly, patient, and eager to answer all of my questions. On top of that, their pricing was FAR more affordable than most of the other places I contacted. Once I arrived, the front desk lady was incredibly welcoming and made sure to double-check that everything I needed could be completed during my visit. I was assisted by a newly graduated nurse who was training a medical assistant, and both of them did an amazing job. As a student myself, I really appreciated how supportive, professional, and knowledgeable they were throughout the entire process. Dr. Spegal completed my physical and was extremely efficient, helpful, and thorough. The assessment was quick but still very professional and attentive. I would absolutely recommend Bexley Urgent Care to anyone needing urgent care services, especially students needing physicals or TB testing. The entire team truly seems committed to helping and supporting their patients. It was a very reassuring experience, and honestly, it’s the kind of environment I’d gladly return to — and even one I’d love to work in someday!

I've been coming to this place for years so this review is long overdue. Whenever I have an issue, I always come here. The staff is always kind, friendly, and always make me feel like a family member or friend is taking care of me. More importantly, I ALWAYS feel heard which is huge. I feel like a lot of places just try to brush you off and get you out quick but I always feel like they are listening to everything I say and are genuinely trying to solve what's going on. Never a long wait because of their online appointment system and even faster when you go in the back. I honestly wish they could be my primary care facility, they are of the best medical care facilities around!

Was being ignored on a waitlist at CVS minute clinic in Bexley for 1h 40 min with no end in sight (the provider had just called another patient and was averaging 20min/visit) waiting to get my daughter a strep test. Called Bexley Urgent Care and they said come over they can see her in 10 minutes. I was seen on arrival with very kind and professional nurse who performed the swab within 5 minutes of being back in the exam room then the PA came expeditiously to give us the results and was thorough but efficient with the history and physical. I’ve never used an urgent care before as we have been lucky to usually have our kids get sick during hours we can grab an acute appointment with their pediatrician but this was a good experience

I filled out the after care online form and screwed it up. They were awesome and I accidentally gave them one star. I am an idiot. They are solid. Obviously, I don't try to be stupid... but it happens naturally. This urgent care is very well run. Highly recommended.

No management on sight, receptionist has no answers to any questions. Young man with curly blonde brown hair. Never experienced that of incompetence at any professional facility. Definitely somebody’s son in a position he isn’t qualified to be in!
