I had a wonderful experience at Hometown Urgent Care thanks to Ne’cala at the front desk. From the moment I walked in, she was incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. She kept a smile on her face the entire time and made the check-in process smooth and stress-free. Ne’cala’s positive attitude and excellent customer service truly stood out. She was patient, respectful, and made me feel comfortable while answering my questions and helping with everything I needed. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about patients and treats everyone with such warmth and compassion. Thank you, Ne’cala, for making my visit a much better experience. Hometown Urgent Care is lucky to have someone like you at the front desk!

Maybe not have people wait at the front desk for 5 minutes while workers are giggling and having a grand time in the back. I mean, thankfully I didn't need anything truly urgent from the urgent care. Maybe don't put MAs who are still in training and still struggling to take a blood pressure alone with patients. The lack of preceptor and general oversight for someone who openly admitted that they were still in training is quite unacceptable. If it's a staffing issue, then you should focus on hiring staff who have at least completed clinicals, and know how to properly take vital signs. She recorded all of my answers to questions on a sticky note like it was a middle school love letter or something. She was honestly great as a person, but yall are not setting her up for success. Also, maybe try to spend more than 45 seconds in a room with the patient after you just made them wait a total of 30 minutes to see whoever the physician is on duty. The medical advice received is, "grey means it's healing" before she abruptly turned around and walked out the door and pointed me to an already propped open exterior facing double door. Talk about security. The door literally opened to the parking lot. I've never felt more dismissed, disregarded, and honestly uncared for at a medical facility in my entire life. This place was a joke. I’m glad that so many other people seemingly had much better experiences than I did. But this was awful

Black sister had a great smile, she was kind and friendly! Check in and out was fast and efficient. Doctor was great. Came to test for strep and it was negative. I recommend. Oh! And free slushy and coffee. Absolutely!

I always come her but not anymore. The doctor Miss diagnosed me. Told me because I smoked cigarettes I had a fungal infection on my tongue. Even though the left side of My face and throat was really swallowed. She gave me meds for that on 2/21/26. Not feeling any better I went to a different urgent care come to fine out I did not have a fungal infection. I have Tonsillitis. This is not good. The doctor should of done her job better and looked in my mouth. I will not be going back.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ | ABSOLUTE LIFESAVERS! 🚨🙌 I cannot give enough stars to Kayla and Arianna! I showed up at the absolute last minute, stressed out and sweating the clock, and instead of turning me away or giving me "the look," they stepped up and knocked it out of the park! Why they are total Rockstars: Elite Hustle: They didn't even flinch at the late arrival. They went into beast mode and got my DOT screening handled with zero drama and maximum speed. 🏃💨 Completely Unfazed: Even with the time crunch, they remained 100% professional and followed every protocol to a T. They are masters of their craft. Above and Beyond: Their attitude was everything. They turned a high-stress situation into a total win for me. I was in, out, and compliant before I could even blink! Drivers: If you’re in a pinch or just want the best service in the business, this is your spot. These two women are the MVPs of this facility. Thank you both for your kindness and saving my tail! 🏆🔥
