Zero stars if possible, do not bring your children here. Terrible experience with nurses and doctors medically gaslighting your child’s needs and refusing proper care- As well as other malpractice. DO NOT COME HERE!

My son was seen today after an ear infection that will not go away. I was feeling helpless and clueless how to help him at this point. I decided to try downtown urgent care even though the reviews made me nervous. I had the best experience I’ve ever had with my son’s medical care today. From the front desk staff to the nurses to Dr. Belcher. He’s the best pediatric doctor I’ve ever encountered in my son’s 14 months of life. He was professional while also being easy to talk to and helping me understand every step of my son’s care. I finally felt fully heard and understood. So thankful I drove here even though it’s not close to my house. I will keep coming back!

Hello, I am reaching out because I have a deeply concerning issue that is weighing heavily on my mind. My child is facing significant challenges: they still cannot speak or focus, and I am profoundly worried about their well-being and development. I have reason to believe that this might be connected to the multiple vaccines that were administered to them during their first two years of life. To provide some context, I have other children who were not given any vaccines, and they are thriving—they have not encountered the same developmental issues that my vaccinated child is struggling with. This disparity has raised serious questions for me, especially when I think about how my one child was on a rigorous vaccination schedule, receiving vaccines approximately every two months for the first two years of their life. In contrast, my other children were never scheduled for any vaccines, and they are completely healthy. I am seeking a better understanding of how this can be explained. Why is it that one child was subjected to such a frequent vaccination schedule, while my other children were not, and yet only the vaccinated child is now experiencing these issues? It feels as though vaccines were administered to my child endlessly, and I am desperate for clarity on whether this could have had an impact on their development. Any guidance or insight would mean the world to me as I try to navigate this challenging situation. 😭😭😭😭😭😭

Took our 6 month old on a Saturday evening in February. Did the online ‘save my place in line’ and they had availability in 15 min. Were seen by a nurse right away at check in. Waited about 30 min for the doctor once we got to a room. Took less than two hours total. Everyone was so kind and answered all of our questions.

I took my 7 month old here yesterday because he'd been sick for nearly 4 weeks. It was late, yes. But he had just aspirated on his own vomit from a choking fit. They did an x-ray, didn't even walk us over just made us go by ourselves. We didn't even see a doctor. They said everything looked fine. Well, today were back at the doctor and guess what? Sinus infection, conjunctivitis and an ear infection. The doctor we saw today was upset because there's no way they should've have missed this stuff! Now my baby is having to go an extra 2 days without the proper meds/care to help him recover. Mind you, I've been with Children's for over 12 years for my other kids with health issues. I've never used their Urgent Care on campus, but I can promise you I won't ever again now. All because you wanted to close up, shame on you.
