I just had a terrible experience at this urgent care. I had an appointment scheduled for 5:10 and arrived prior to 5. I was taken back to a room and had my vitals taken. I was told that a doctor would be with me soon. No doctor ever came, and the nurse never came back to give any updates. An hour later I had a MyChart message on my phone that I had an appointment for an X-ray at 6:20. I went to the nurse's station and they said, "yeah, we'll let you know when radiology is ready." At 6:30, my husband peeked out the door, and a nurse asked if he needed help. He replied that no one had ever come to give us any sort of update, and she brushed off his question and walked away. We left the facility at that moment. I understood the wait for radiology, but the lack of consideration and care were unlike anything I'd ever experienced.

!DO NOT GO UNLESS YOU WANT AN OVERPRICED BILL! My husband was visiting the area for a work training and got sick while he was there. He found the nearest "urgent care" that was open - which was OH State Urgent Care on 181 Taylor Rd. He had a pleasant experience while there - as it was a quick visit - however, this also meant the provider spent little time with him. My husband informed the provider that he had a positive Covid test; the provider did not confirm or do any tests of his own, and just wrote a prescription for cough syrup and gave tylenol. Months later we are still battling these bills as they were billed to insurance as hospital visits and not as an urgent care like the outside of the building says! MISLEADING especially to those not local to area. The billing department does not make any settlements and lacks understanding and empathy.

I went here for a finger injury. The staff were amazing! I had an appointment and got in without waiting. Thank you!

Dr. Niktash was fantastic! He had great bedside manner and was very meticulous in caring for and stitching my leg. Very attentive and answered all of our questions.
