First time visit for my 3 year old. Check-in was easy, wait time was not long. Staff was respectful and above all cared. The doctor and nurse were so great with my daughter and made her feel like it was a fun place to be instead of a scary doctor’s office. Parking was easy too!

I parked at 8:45. I registered, was called back, had vitals checked, consulted with two doctors, received diagnosis and referrals with helpful feedback, and was back in my car at 9:30. Everybody was kind, knowledgeable, helpful, and diligent.

Dr Milroy & Niktash were kind, professional & thorough. They didn't rush and made sure I had no questions. I never have to wait long to be seen. The whole staff was amazing!

Broke my arm, and walked in first thing in the am on a Sunday, got registered, and waited 5 min before being called back, everyone was great, couldn't have asked for a better experience, well except for the arm..

went here tonight because i was worried i was having an adverse reaction to an antibiotic i started on yesterday (i have an amoxicillin allergy, so i was understandably concerned about another antibiotic allergy). the doctor who talked to me was incredibly patronizing; she told me my temperature wasn't high enough to be considered a "real fever" and dismissed all of my concerns while treating me like a kindergartener. when i asked to switch to another antibiotic just for my peace of mind, she explained to me that the antibiotic i wanted to switch to was in a different class and wouldn't work the same, "even though the name sounds like the name of the one you're taking", which is about the most condescending thing i've ever heard a doctor say. for the record, i am a botany student who also studies cultures of science and technology, and i've spent a fair amount of hours reading scientific papers. i did do my research before coming in and saw that the antibiotic i asked to switch to was commonly used to treat my condition. honestly, she didn't seem to know what she was talking about, though; i also asked about the side effects of another antibiotic i was prescribed, levofloxacin, which has an FDA warning that it may cause long-term disabling side effects. she again dismissed my concern, saying that "all antibiotics have side effects", and that the debilitating side effects are mostly found in children or the elderly (this is misleading; the FDA's warning does not include any kind of age recommendations, because severe disabling side effects have been found in all age groups, including in healthy young adults). i left with no advice, assistance, or comfort, just post-visit notes giving me instructions on how to take ibuprofen (...seriously). adding this experience to the long list of terrible experiences i've had with the ohio state university's medical facilities; if you can afford to go to different medical practitioners, you absolutely should.
