On a Sunday morning I had the symptoms of a stroke so I wanted to get to a facility that could help me quickly and I did not think an urgent care facility was where I needed to go. Everyone here was outstanding and got me in quickly. They treated me and my wife courteously and professionally. They were able to do several tests on site and fortunately it was not a stroke but they gave us great care and explained what had happened. During a scan they found an unrelated issue and gave us instructions to follow up with my primary care doctor. They took the time and somehow they were able to set up this appointment for me even on a Sunday. We are fortunate to have a facility this close to us when we need extra care that an urgent care facility may not be able to provide.

We had an absolutely horrible experience here. This is a completely different ER than when we visited and had a great experience last year. We were in and out within 3hrs last time and this time my husband was there for 8hrs, 3hrs spent in the waiting room total and then another 6 waiting for test results we were told would only take an hour. All of that waiting just to be told nothing is wrong as my husband is writing in pain from severe gallbladder problems and chest pain, and these people couldn’t care less. He said there was a young boy suffering from heat stroke and a concussion in the waiting room (he showed up at 9:30pm) and he was still waiting there at 2am when we were discharged. It took them over an hour to check my husbands heart to make sure he wasn’t having a heart attack and then sat him back out in the waiting area for 2hrs. This was a ridiculous experience and we should t have to to pay for them practically doing nothing. Pancreatitis is a concern for him right now too and they discharged him without getting clear view of his pancreas. We’re back home now and my husband is in the same amount of pain and we’re going to a different medical facility this weekend. Don’t go to this ER unless you want to die in the waiting room.

I came in needing to get an EKG at the recommendation of my psychiatrist for chest pains that I was having due to anxiety. I was in and out of here within 45 minutes, and everyone was super sweet and helpful. Will definitely be going back the next time I need emergency care.

I was seen last week and the RN and MD were amazing. Their bedside manner was great, they were very friendly and observant. I spent around 4 hrs total and had a great experience the whole time. The ER its self was clean, and not busy at all.

I am one to tough it out and use the ER as an absolute LAST resort. I haven’t been to one in about 10 years due to feeling like I’m wasting the staffs time and that my symptoms didn’t warrant me being there and not to mention the large bills afterwards. This was a DIFFERENT experience altogether. From the person registering me, the nurses, CNA’s, the doctor, the PA and NURSE JORDAN-they have changed my negative thoughts on the ER. I was there for a few hours and the doctor (Squier or Roger’s) and NURSE JORDAN probably checked on me more than 10 times to see what I needed and to let me know where I was in the process. I can’t explain the care and relief that NURSE JORDAN provided. I am almost in tears thinking about how I was prior to going in and how I am now. Some would probably avoid doing what JORDAN had to do for me but she took the task on without making me feel bad or uncomfortable. She is really a God send. Thank You JORDAN!
