Really bad. Just dont go here. I met with Nurse Practitioner McDowell. She is not knowledgeable as with most nurses and just puts in the most generic diagnosis ever probably to avoid responsibilities and lack of knowledge.. and say go make an appointment with a doctor. She was not really hands on and literally did nothing. She did not even palpate the area. You are basically just paying for reassurance. The diagnosis she came up with was just based on the diagnosis that I had before. These nurses are usually so afraid of making a diagnosis of their own (Maybe they can't. Ive never seen a nurse that did). If you have a sickness, it is not gonna be treated here 100%. She is only allowed to give over the counter medication. These nurses are not allowed to prescribe so much as antibiotics let alone others. Its just a waste of money. The only function they have is referral. There are no doctors here.

This place is amazing!! I called tonight at 5:30 because I sliced my finger on a kitchen appliance. They had me in and out by 6:30. Very professional and kind. I would recommend this urgent care to anyone! Thank you all so much.

The staff is kind and friendly. It is easy to set a reservation. The wait time to see the doctors is short.

It’s crazy how one staff member can make the whole experience bad this use to be my favorite urgent care to go to even though I haven’t been in over a year I just recently had to pay a visit after working a 12hr shift at the hospital provider M McDowell was not kind to me at all and had a very abrasive approach that made me completely shut down I was feeling very anxious and as I was talking she cut me off and responded with “CAN I TALK” making the interaction very awkward I expressed that I worked at Ohio health for 3 years to lighten the conversation and see she had a 3 year sticker on her badge I mentioned the fact that I too have been with Ohio health for 3 years instead of being kind she respond with a smart tone “mmm actually it’s been 4 years” and walked out the room I truly wanted another provider at that point but didn’t want to make things worse I would really suggest that this provider work on her people skills you may not like someone but as providers we should enter situations unbiased keeping our feelings to the side to care for the patient even when I left it was a very cold exit when it came to her turns out all my test are negative I was just very paranoid as I do suffer from anxiety however she didn’t make the situation any better her demeanor was non approachable, unkind, and non supportive I truly hope she was only like this with me and not any other patient if she is the main provider I will never be back here again. I would like to add every other staff member was very nice !

The receptionist was the first great person we ran into at this Ohio health urgent care , offered advice for help paying for the appointment without insurance, made me comfortable which has been hard for me with Drs since COVID. Then the nurse who too vitals was friendly and helped with questions. The doctor herself was also awesome, helped me with notes for work depending on when my infection got better, was polite and didn’t make us wait at all. Overall best urgent care experience I have had, Thank you.
