The staff at this Urgent Care are amazing. I thought I had a bad cold; but when I arrived, they quickly diagnosed double pneumonia in both lungs (after a COVID and Flu test, did breathing treatments and imaging) and sent me directly to the ER. When I arrived at the ER 15 minutes later, all my tests results were already there and they were waiting for me. Urgent Care was very caring and sympathetic. I highly recommend this Urgent Care - with no reservations at all. Wish they could be my PCP.

I called beforehand to see if they could help with my issue, and then when I got there the doctor told me there was nothing they could do. I asked if they could run some tests at least and they said nope can’t do that. So no treatment or anything despite me checking beforehand, but I’m sure I’ll receive a bill! The only main positive thing is that they’ll see you without an appointment and they’ll see you as long as you arrive before closing hours. So they’re flexible… but also misleading about what they can help with.

My son recently moved to Columbus and was having a horrible allergy and asthma attack. He arrived an hour before closing and everyone was super kind and helpful, got him the breathing treatments and the right meds he needed - very impressed with the staff's knowledge and care.

After a bike accident I went to the urgent care. I did call and asked if they are able to do stitches. After arriving I was triaged quickly. Once the Physician Assistant (PA) began to assess me she actually jumped backed. She then proceeded to state she could not treat me. I do appreciate the transparency that she was not comfortable, even though that was not her direct words. I then proceeded to an ER. Later I reviewed my notes in MyChart. The Physician Assistant falsified informed stated that I reported I blacked out - not correct. I was then billed after being declined treatment. Declined treatment and then billed, I would not recommend.

I called ahead and specifically asked whether I could receive a prescription, and I was told yes. I’ve generally had excellent experiences at this urgent care, which is why this stood out so much. Once I was brought back, the doctor I saw immediately insisted I needed to go to the emergency room and initially refused to provide the prescription—despite the fact that I was in significant pain and had already been told this could be handled here. When I asked to speak with a supervisor, her tone changed and she then agreed to provide the prescription. While at the pharmacy I spoke with others and learned she had been telling multiple patients the same thing all night. I respect nurses and doctors, but in this case she was horrible. Being in real pain and being passed off like that was extremely distressing. This was honestly one of the worst patient experiences I’ve had, and I hope it’s taken seriously so it doesn’t continue happening to others.
