I got helped quickly. Everyone was kind and the provider was very attentive and helpful. It was simple paperwork and I didn’t pay anything up front. I definitely recommend this urgent care!

I was from out of town and had an eye injury on a Sunday. I looked online to see if they were open and it said it was. But when I got there (paid an Uber) nobody was there. I called and no one answered. The windows were very dirty so I assumed they were out of business and just forgot to take down their Google listing. If you have an emergency I suggest going to Ohio Health Doctors Hospital. They were great and I didn’t have to wait to see someone. Very upset about Urgent Care, not cool!

Honestly, this was the most ridiculous urgent care encounters I've ever had. They will turn you away if they don't have the physical pill bottle when you ask for a refill for your MIGRAINE MEDS. I even had the CVS app on my phone with every single past record of having this med filled before (for the past 5 years, at least). Before today, I've NEVER been turned away at any urgent care for this (the CVS app is usually sufficient enough proof for any other place I've been to). All this did was make them look like they're lazy, and will look for any excuse to not have to treat people. When someone comes in with migraine pain and needs help DO BETTER FOR THEM.

This urgent care is by far the best to go to in Columbus. I’ve gone to this site several times with different issues, and rest assured I was treated very quickly. Bishnu and Aesha are very kind and polite. Definitely going back whenever I need to.

STAY AWAY! I was there for stitches, and I had low blood pressure. I asked if I could eat something and have them take my blood pressure again, and they were ok with that. After eating, they lied and said that they never said that. They told me that they refused to help me and that they wouldn't charge me. I went to a better urgent care and they helped me right away. This place didn't even clean out my wounds, which is probably why it got infected. The person at the front desk was not knowledgeable at all. Anyone off the street would have likely been better. The doctor seemed like he wasn't interested either. The urgent care that I went to after that was great. I'll go out of my way to avoid any Walk In Urgent Care in the future. UPDATE: They said that they wouldn't charge me because they didn't do anything, and they never sent me a bill, but now they're texting me saying that I owe them money immediately. No itemized bill ever. This company is probably doing illegal stuff... UPDATE 2: They're still sending me texts asking for money after they said they wouldn't charge me because they didn't help me. Worst possible outcome. They gave me nothing and want me to pay them. I won't. I'll make sure that this company doesn't get a penny. UPDATE 3: They haven't done anything and are now threatening to send me to collections. I called the number and sent an email to the address in the reply to this review. Still, they did nothing. This is a pathetic company. They should not be in business. UPDATE 4: It's close to a year since I've been there and they still are trying to charge me for something that they explicitly said that they wouldn't charge me for because they didn't do anything! Worst urgent care. Their company should go out of business.
