After searching online and finding urgent care on Tamarack Boulevard, the hours said they closed at 6 P.m. I walked in at 5:34. I was not greeted with any hospitality. I asked to see a doctor and was told they close in 20 minutes therefore they were not seeing any more patients. An URGENT CARE with no urgency at all. I’m sure they have video footage of the time and interaction. I asked “Tony” for his name and he refused. I only know Tony because the receptionist said it. That, and the fact that there was a black SUV with Tony Bee on the plate in the parking lot. Had I had a stab wound or bullet wound are you saying you stop seeing patients 30 minutes before closing? They had no idea what my urgency was because they never asked. With this type of unprofessionalism and Rude behavior, it calls into question the quality of care this location provides. Here is a medical provider whose main focus was getting off work on time, opposed to providing any type of medical assistance and or advice. Again, they never asked why I was there. After today’s experience (5/3/26) I have to question the leadership that would employ someone so rude and unprofessional. Most importantly I question the qualifications of those providing medical service at this location. Today’s behavior was not that of someone to be trusted in the medical field.

I go here whenever I’m sick or etc. Front desk can come off a little strong depending on who’s working, I kind of dislike how they ask your symptoms in front of everyone there’s no privacy for it even though you fill out a form and other patients are two steps away. But the Nursing Practitioners have been AMAZING! They’re worth the visit. The guy especially, he is so nice and so professional.

Going in was fine, got my diagnosis, my prescriptions and sent on my way. I asked the lady at the front desk, "Is that it? Do you need payment or anything?" and she says "Nope, you're all good!" About two weeks later I get a text "you have an outstanding balance of $154.93." I called to try and get context (because not only did I think I was fine, but $150 for a doctor's note is absurd.) Not to mention the link to the website was broken. She immediately assumed I'm hostile, tried to hit me with "Oh so you're just not gonna pay it huh?" When all I wanted was answers. I'm glad I'm in a spot now where I could afford it, but this could've very easily been devastating.

I had a really good experience with their service. Everything was smooth, professional, and handled with care. A special shout-out to Ali Hassan for going above and beyond—he was attentive, helpful, and made sure all my needs were met. His customer service was excellent, and he really made the whole experience stress-free. I would definitely recommend this place and will be coming back.

wait time is crazy. Dr takes his time will have you sitting in a room for over a hour and nobody has came in. There should be more than ONE doctor because waiting 1+ hour with a sick child is not okay!
