I had an awful experience at this particular urgent care, which I chose because I have always had wonderful experiences with Ascension St John care. However, I was proven wrong on this day. I was very sick, had a fever,, nauseous, they did a covid test, flu test, and was told that I had a virus but they don't know what kind of virus. They didn't tell me if I was contagious and the doctor was very rude to me she refused to spend any time answering any of my questions probably because she knew I had an appointment with my PCP on Thursday and she didn't want to waste her time doing any extra work that she knew would be done on Thursday this was very frustrating for me because I was obviously very sick or I would have waited until Thursday to see my doctor. she did call in some medicine to the pharmacy after I left the Urgent Care. She said she was calling me in some medicine at the local pharmacy. I went to the pharmacy, and waited for 2 hours. Finally, I asked the clerk if they are ready yet, and he said..."we have not received them yet" I wanted to scream. I'm never going back there, nor will refer anybody to this place. Bad publicity is the worst. It's just best to be nice to everybody that you come in contact with especially somebody that is sick and coming to you for help because of limited options. Last but not least, I was stressed about a mammogram that I was going to be doing on Thursday I asked her if she wouldn't mind and seeing if she felt any lumps if she felt what I felt maybe to ease my mind a little bit, and she said "no no I'm not going to do that" she said it just like that. "No no I'm not going to do that" this doctor needs to put herself in other women's(HER PATIENTS) shoes, and more empathy and remember where she came from. The same place everyone else did. I will pray for you Dr Pete. Maybe you had something going on that day, but so did I your patient.

I had the migraine from HELL. 2 weeks with no relief and my PCP is on maternity leave. They got me in FAST. The MA was sooooo nice and the doctor was quick and efficient and had no problem giving me an injection to break it. And it did. Thank you guys!

Dad went in for an ingrown toe nail- which was our number one priority. PA Sandra and Manger Kaleb or Caleb were not helpful at all. My dad was feeling some what sick but we also let staff know the toe was the priority. Told PA he had been on antibiotics which is why we were there as it was recommended by my dad’s PCP and still nothing. The manager calls us back and says she told him it was draining, hot and tender- she NEVER even touched the toe. Also, it drained Monday and was no longer draining. Very unprofessional. Didn’t show a bit of care. Ended up going to a different UC where we were shown compassion and care.

I had gotten cellulitis in my finger. I went to the urgent care. The staff was courteous. The PA that assisted me was very helpful knowledgeable and prescribed medication’s That decreased the swelling, redness and pain in the finger and I’m able to move it again. It’s almost to normal size in just a few days. I’m very thankful for the staff in my experience. I was out of state, so I’m really glad for my experience

I was visiting from out of state and got a concerningly deep cut on my hand.My sister recommended St. John Urgent Care, and the care I received there was excellent. The facility was spotlessly clean, with a large, attractive waiting area. There was plenty of staff waiting to check me in and I was taken to a treatment room only a few minutes after I arrived. My wound was thoroughly cleaned, closed with medical glue, bandaged and splinted. I was also given the tetanus shot I was overdue for. I am so grateful for the speedy and friendly care I received at St. John’s Urgent Care, and my wound is healing well.
