I originally went to Tulsa ER & Hospital a few weeks ago for a deep laceration in my knee. I was feeling pretty afraid. Our nurse Lindsey and Dr S. were absolutely amazing. Though I am 53 years old, I have a ton of health anxiety. They treated me with such dignity and respect. They took measures to make sure I felt safe and comfortable rather than just rushing in and “doing a job.“. I ended up with 17 staples in my knee and my physician friends kept commenting on what a beautiful job they did. Lol! When I had them removed yesterday, our nurse was Rusty. I was treated with the same dignity and respect and expertise as before. Again, there was no rushing through, and there was great attention to my safety and comfort. The nurse who was in the first time with me, came by to say hello and check on me as did another nurse. Everybody from the front office to the x-ray tech to the people we had direct interaction with was wonderfully kind and knowledgeable. I hope not to make a habit of visiting. However, I would highly recommend them in an emergency situation. Beautiful! I wish others would take note from them.

Our daughter had a high fever for 3 days and we took her to a different Urgent Care. They tested her negative on flu, COVID and strep throat. She complained of pain in her lower right abdomen so they said to would be smart to go to the ER to check for appendicitis. We've seen nothing but long wait times at the big hospitals in Tulsa, so those were not very appealing. From the moment we walked through the door at Tulsa ER & Hospital I was pleasantly surprised with how kind and wonderful the staff was. They gave her an IV and checked all of her fluids, stating that it would be best to double check everything before scanning her appendix. The tests came back positive for Flu B and RSV, which is a bummer, but way better than what we were worried about. I'd say it's probably a pretty expensive way to find out that our daughter has the flu, but I'd highly recommend Tulsa ER in the future. Also, there was almost no wait time. Well done guys!

This place was amazing. It’s extremely clean. And the staff!!! OMG Amazing. The Doctor listened to me. He was caring and kind. The nurses were top tier. And Ms Amanda is my unofficial Aunntie. She has the best accent. I cried lots of grateful tears. After dealing with a place that terrified me. It was comforter.

This was my third time there. The first 2 were great. No.issues. At 2am on 6/18/2026 I came in with a 27 day migraine. He seemed very unconcerned. The nurse stuck the IV in...did NOT tell me what was in it. As SOON as it was over, nobody asked me if I felt better at all. I did NOT. So I ended up being admitted to St. Francis. Very surprised by that treatment.

Quick and efficient service. Had gone back multiple times and will continue to return hopefully not anytime soon. I believe the last nurse i was assigned was the best, knowledge, willingness to answer questions and all around amazing. Don't judge me if I get her name wrong but Nurse Brooke i am extremely thankful for you making light of the situation I was being treated for. Definitely made me feel comfortable and had a good laugh. Thanks Again to my NEW BESTIE
